Fenix Cargo's CONSULTAR ESTADO page finds a shipment by seal (sello) number, reference, onward carrier's guide or casillero tracking number, and TrackParcel does not ask which. Its page script names statuses in Spanish capitals, such as DIGITADO. No login required.

TrackParcel has confirmed that Fenix Cargo's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
Any one the CONSULTAR ESTADO page names: Número de sello, Referencia, Guía de transportadora or Tracking Casillero. Fenix Cargo publishes no fixed shape for them. That page has one box for all four, which displays letters in capitals, and its Consultar button is disabled while the box is empty. Auto-Detect never offers Fenix Cargo, so pick it by hand.
That the tracker holds no shipment under the reference the reply repeats, which is the one it searched for. Only when that repeated value equals the one TrackParcel sent does it count as not found; any other form of that reply is not treated as a miss. Try another of your references, such as the seal number.
Word for word, in the Spanish capitals Fenix Cargo sends, as the shipment's status. Neither becomes Delivered or Out for Delivery, so while one of them is the current status the result has no delivery date. Each Estados row with a status and a readable date keeps its Seguimiento wording in the timeline.
ENTREGADA A DESTINATARIO and ENTREGADA, the two statuses that light the Entregado step on the carrier's page, are rewritten to Delivered. TrackParcel then takes the delivery date from the matching row when there is one. Any other status keeps its own wording unless it reads as out for delivery, which TrackParcel shows as Out for Delivery.
Colombia time, the America/Bogota setting of the tracker page, unless a row's stamp carries its own offset. Afterwards the timeline shifts each time into IST, tagged IST, which can carry an afternoon Bogota row past midnight onto the next date. A numeric date ending in the year is read with the day first.
Fenix Cargo & Logistics runs its tracker on a casillero portal whose login page carries a Helga Software copyright and a Crear cuenta de casillero button for new accounts. Its sign-up form lists Casillero EU and Casillero China as casillero types only when a portal setting turns that choice on. The tracker page is set to Colombia time.
This page follows the status Fenix Cargo itself records for a shipment. Its page shows the onward carrier's guide number, but TrackParcel does not read it, so follow that carrier's leg on its own tracker.
The CONSULTAR ESTADO page asks for one value and searches it as a seal number, a reference, an onward carrier's guide or a casillero tracking number. Fenix Cargo publishes no shape for any of them, and its form only requires that the field is filled in.
A shipment found on the CONSULTAR ESTADO page shows Sello and Referencia fields, which TrackParcel never reads, so note the seal or reference number from there. Fenix Cargo sits on Auto-Detect's manual-only list, so it must be picked by hand.
The status page shows Sello, Referencia, Fecha/ Hora, Último Estado, Guia transportadora, Destino final, Peso with Peso volumen, Prueba de entrega and Novedad, then an Estados table of Fecha / Hora, Seguimiento and Observacion. TrackParcel keeps the current status, each row's date and Seguimiento status when both are readable, Destino final when it reads as a place name, and Peso.
It never reads Observacion, the Novedad notes, the seal, reference or onward guide numbers, declared values or the proof-of-delivery photos. No row names a place, and whatever order the carrier sends, TrackParcel puts the latest row first.
An unknown value draws “No se encontró la referencia” followed by the value searched. For a value it sends, TrackParcel reports not found only when the echo matches that value; the same words naming nothing, or naming another reference, count as a fault.
TrackParcel reads an HTML page where status data belongs, or a refusal or outage, as the carrier being down rather than the shipment missing. When one reference keeps failing, try another of the four kinds before writing to Fenix Cargo.
The CONSULTAR ESTADO search lists Guía de transportadora, an onward carrier's guide, among its four kinds of reference. On a found shipment the Guia transportadora field holds the onward carrier's guide number, which TrackParcel does not read. It never fetches the onward carrier's proof-of-delivery photos either, so use the guide number shown as Guia transportadora on the onward carrier's own tracker.
The portal's login page says “Inicie sesión para ponerse en contacto”, offers new customers a casillero account and links Consultar Estado, the status search TrackParcel reads. Raise Novedad notes, proof-of-delivery photos or a hand-off with Fenix Cargo through the portal, with the seal or reference number to hand.

Fenix Cargo's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Not on TrackParcel: the carrier's status page has a Prueba de entrega view, but TrackParcel never fetches those photos or the onward carrier's ones. Open the CONSULTAR ESTADO page with the same reference to see what Fenix Cargo shows there.
The Peso figure, in lb when the page's unit setting says pounds and in kg otherwise, matching how the status page prints it. The Peso volumen figure shown beside it is not carried over, and a zero or unreadable weight is left out.
Only if a portal setting enables it, per the sign-up page's script; the Tipo de casillero select then lists Casillero EU and Casillero China. The form can also ask for an office and a delivery point, and the tracker separately searches by a casillero tracking number, one of its four kinds of reference.
