Look up a Česká pošta consignment by its 13-character posting number. Each English state comes dated without any clock, for example “The consignment is being delivered.”, so TrackParcel gives the day only. No login required.

Thirteen characters. PostOnline's own example is two letters, ten digits and one letter, and international items use the S10 pattern of two letters, nine digits and a two-letter ending such as CZ. For mail posted outside Czechia, the tracker asks for the original code from the country of posting.
Nothing is filed under the posting number you gave. The service then returns one state, “There is no record for a consignment with this posting number.”, and the result reads not found. Check all 13 characters; for mail from another country, try the code it was posted under there.
No. It is state 53, the day's delivery round, which TrackParcel labels Out for Delivery while it is the latest state. In the one real history behind the integration, each such day then ended in an outcome: sent back to the sender the first time, deposited with nobody home the second.
When the latest state says the return is complete, as “The consignment was returned to the sender.” did in the real history. A state saying it was sent back to the sender, or deposited because the addressee was out, keeps Česká pošta's own sentence on the result.
Česká pošta, s.p., as its PostOnline site names it, runs Track & Trace there next to Change of Delivery Instructions Online, a customs clearance form and a post office finder. Its public parcel-history service, in English, is what TrackParcel queries, one consignment per lookup, whereas PostOnline accepts as many as 20 at once.
PostOnline shows the same states newest first, the data-receipt row included. A Customer Card number, the 13 digits PostOnline uses for registration, is no posting number: TrackParcel turns one away as not found before contacting Česká pošta.
PostOnline's Track & Trace asks for the posting number or, for mail posted abroad, the original code of the country of posting, and shows two letters, ten digits and one letter as its example. International consignments follow the S10 pattern, and Auto-Detect maps the CZ ending to Česká pošta.
Before the lookup, TrackParcel strips spaces, hyphens and dots from what you paste and upper-cases it. Only those two 13-character patterns travel on to Česká pošta; any other number that reaches the lookup, a Customer Card number for instance, ends as not found with no request made. With the CZ ending, Auto-Detect puts India Post ahead of Česká pošta, and it never proposes Česká pošta for the ten-digit pattern or a foreign ending, so select Česká pošta in the courier list yourself.
Each state on TrackParcel carries Česká pošta's English sentence, its date, and the office or hub with the postcode in brackets; delivery hubs in the real history were named sam. dist. dod. HUB plus a town. The weight appears in kilograms when the reply holds one, and the countries of origin and destination only when filled, which the domestic letter seen never did.
The reply lists states oldest first; TrackParcel flips them so that states sharing a date stay in Česká pošta's sequence. States hold a calendar date and no clock, so the timeline gives the day alone, unconverted and without an IST label. Delivery-contact phone fields, cash-on-delivery amounts, GPS positions and delivery-attempt times are never read.
For a posting number it does not hold, the service sends back exactly one state carrying the no-record sentence, and TrackParcel then shows the number as not found. That same state mixed in with real ones does not count as a miss.
A maintenance page or a server error where the service's reply should be is treated as Česká pošta being unavailable, and a reply about some other consignment as a fault. Recheck the 13 characters, and for mail from abroad use the code from the posting country.
A call centre on PostOnline's contacts page answers questions about Česká pošta's services, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, and an email address takes queries, comments and complaints. When the time or place of a delivery does not suit you, PostOnline points to Change of Delivery Instructions Online to choose another time.

PostOnline can: up to 20, split by commas or semicolons. TrackParcel handles one per lookup. Two numbers pasted with a comma between them leave one 26-character string, which TrackParcel rejects as not found before contacting Česká pošta, while with a semicolon TrackParcel refuses the entry as an invalid tracking number.
In the real history behind the integration, the first delivery round ended with the consignment sent back to the sender because the addressee was unknown at the given address. TrackParcel kept that sentence as written; only the final state, returned to the sender, switched the result to Returned to Origin.
Yes, in kilograms whenever Česká pošta's reply gives a weight above zero, as the real one did. Origin and destination countries appear only if the reply fills them in; the domestic letter seen left both empty, so the result had no From or To line.
