Track a Hrvatska pošta item by its prijamni broj: two letters, then nine digits, then HR. Because TrackParcel reads Hrvatska pošta's Croatian-language tracking page, the scan history stays in Croatian. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of Hrvatska pošta (Croatia Post). For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official Hrvatska pošta (Croatia Post) website.

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
TrackParcel has confirmed that Hrvatska pošta (Croatia Post)'s tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
The prijamni broj pošiljke, which the English version of the tracker calls the item number. The example shown in the box is two letters, nine digits and then HR, and in English that example is labelled as one for a Priority item. Items posted without a prijamni broj give you nothing to enter.
Only a page with no scan rows plus no-data wording such as nema podataka makes TrackParcel call a sent number not found. A not-found code that comes back as a web page does not: it is read as the tracker being unavailable. Lacking both rows and that wording, the page is filed as unreadable rather than as evidence that the item number is unknown.
TrackParcel reads Uručeno as a delivery. If Uručeno is the latest row, the result's status turns to Delivered with a green badge, and the delivery date and time are taken from that row. In the history the line still says Uručeno, since the page TrackParcel reads is the Croatian one.
TrackParcel takes Vraćeno pošiljatelju to mean the item is headed back to its sender. Sitting at the top of the history, it changes the status to Returned to Origin under a red badge and leaves the delivery date empty. U dostavi, by contrast, becomes Out for Delivery under an amber badge.
It offers Croatia Post, but usually lower down. With two letters, nine digits and HR, TrackParcel's Auto-Detect puts India Post at the top and Hrvatska pošta under it, unless the first letter is X. Pick Croatia Post yourself before tracking, so the lookup goes to the Croatian tracker.
Hrvatska pošta (Croatia Post) appears on its own contact form as HP – Hrvatska pošta d.d., and its site's menu offers services such as Paket24, ePošta and ŽutiKlik. Its tracker, Praćenje poštanskih pošiljaka, has a Croatian page and an English page called Track your item.
This page covers items that carry a prijamni broj on that tracker. The contact form's Vrsta pošiljke list separates an Obična pošiljka, marked bez prijamnog broja, from an item marked s prijamnim brojem, and only the second kind can be followed here. Complaints, inquiries and customs refunds stay with the post itself.
Hrvatska pošta's tracker wants the prijamni broj pošiljke, labelled item number on its English page, and shows an RB number ending HR as its example. The Croatian placeholder follows that example with za preporučenu pošiljku; the English one says for Priority item.
Auto-Detect does offer Croatia Post for two letters, nine digits and HR, yet for most prefixes India Post ranks higher, so set Hrvatska pošta manually. Ahead of the lookup, the search box on TrackParcel strips spaces out of a pasted number and turns its letters to capitals. Paste two item numbers together and the tracker gets them as a single string, so look up each item separately.
TrackParcel reads the Croatian version of the tracker, not the English one, so scans arrive in Croatian. Each row yields a date and time, the scan text and, if the row names one, a place. The result sorts rows newest first; the oldest row's place becomes the origin, and the newest row's place becomes the destination only once that row reads as a delivery.
No zone comes with the rows, so every time appears on the post's own clock in hours and minutes, unconverted and without an IST label. If the top scan reads as a delivery, a return or a delivery run, the status says Delivered, Returned to Origin or Out for Delivery; any other top scan is shown in Croatian as it stands.
TrackParcel marks a sent number not found if the post's reply lacks scan rows yet carries no-data wording such as nema podataka or nije pronađena. Should the post's server fail with an error or answer with a not-found code on a web page, the result says the tracker is unavailable instead.
When the item number is correct and still nothing shows, write to the post through its contact form. A complaint about a lost item asks for that number.
Questions, praise and complaints go through one contact form, which asks whether the item was domestic or international and whether an international inquiry is wanted. A complaint can cite a lost or damaged item, reduced contents or an exceeded delivery deadline.
Items that arrived without an IOSS number and were wrongly charged VAT, customs duty or declaration costs have their own refund option. Among other details, it asks for the web order's invoice, proof of payment, the post's delivery invoice and any IOSS number.

Hrvatska pošta (Croatia Post)'s own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
These three cards are the Croatian scans that TrackParcel's Croatia Post code names. Every history line is left in the post's wording; only a newest scan read as a delivery, a return or a delivery run gets a rewritten status line.
Yes. HP – Hrvatska pošta d.d. is the company name on the post's contact form, and TrackParcel's carrier list names it Hrvatska pošta (Croatia Post). Searching for Croatia Post or Hrvatska pošta leads to this same tracker.
No. On the English version of the tracker, the Contact link opens the same form as the Croatian page does, and that form is in Croatian with no English version linked. Its Prigovor šalje list offers Opunomoćenik, Pošiljatelj and Primatelj; choosing Opunomoćenik adds an upload for a potvrda o punomoći. The form also asks whether you would rather be contacted by email or by phone.
Three, named only in Croatian: Poštanski ured, Adresa primatelja and Paketomat. The form shows that field only when Vrsta prometa is Unutarnji and Vrsta pošiljke is the option s prijamnim brojem, so an Obična pošiljka never reaches it.
