Track a Posta Shqiptare item with its 13-character barcode number: two letters for the service, nine digits and two letters for the country of origin. Tracked small packets sent abroad need scanning at only three points. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.

The 13-character tracking barcode: two letters naming the type of service, nine digits, and two letters for the country of origin. The site's own box turns it into capitals and rejects any other shape with an alert before searching. With Posta Shqiptare picked, TrackParcel does not repeat that check, so a letters-and-digits code of another shape, up to 50 characters, is still sent.
The sender has to go to the post office where the item was posted and fill in the formulari i reklamimit. It asks for the recipient's exact details, the sender, the weight, the contents, a contact number and the destination. Posta Shqiptare then opens an enquiry with the destination post's administration.
The Tracked service requires only three scans. They are leaving the origin office of exchange, arriving at the receiving office of exchange, and reaching the delivery office, a delivery attempt or delivery. Delivery itself is recorded only as a system scan, with no signature taken.
Because TrackParcel shows a row's Events text when the reply carries one, and falls back to Ngjarja otherwise. The site's own result table always shows Ngjarja, beside Data, Zyra and Destinacioni. The office in Zyra and the date are the same in both.
Posta Shqiptare Sh.A. describes itself as a company in Albania's postal and financial services market, with a network of 533 offices across the country. Items can be followed in the Gjurmo Objektin box on its website or in the ePosta app, by their tracking barcode. Its Tracked service, a UPU product built mainly for e-commerce, replaces the registered service for small packets of goods up to 2 kg sent abroad. Tracked has no signature on delivery and no compensation for loss or damage.
The tracking barcode has 13 characters: two letters for the type of service, nine digits and two letters for the country of origin. An item posted in Albania therefore ends in AL, while one coming from abroad ends in the sender country's code. If the recipient has no barcode, Posta Shqiptare suggests asking at the counters that hand out post, by first name and surname.
TrackParcel's search box drops spaces, hyphens and a pasted AWB: label from such a code and sends the rest in capitals. Auto-Detect lists Posta Shqiptare first for codes ending in AL. For an item from abroad ending in another country's code, Auto-Detect does not look it up here, so pick Posta Shqiptare by hand.
TrackParcel sends the code to the same tracking service the site's Gjurmo objektin box uses, and reads the rows it returns. Zyra, the office that recorded the scan, becomes the event's place, and Destinacioni appears as a note beneath it. The result's destination is the newest Destinacioni given, or the delivering office once the item is delivered.
Times keep the clock the reply prints: TrackParcel adds no zone and no IST label to them. Rows run newest first, and the headline reads Delivered only when the newest event describes a completed delivery. A delivery attempt or out-for-delivery event stays as written.
The site's script shows an error alert when the tracking service answers with a 0 or with text it cannot read as rows. For a code TrackParcel has sent, an empty answer, a 0, a line starting ERROR or GABIM, or rows with no dated event all give a not-found result.
Because TrackParcel skips the site's shape check, a miss may just be a code that is not two letters, nine digits and two letters. Compare it with the barcode on the item before asking the sender.
Posta Shqiptare clears in advance every item from abroad holding goods worth over 22 euros, or gifts over 44 euros, up to 1,000 euros in all. Such an item goes on to the post office in the centre of the addressed city, where you are notified in writing to pay the duty and the declaration fee. Only an item held for a customs check, or holding prohibited goods, means a visit to the customs office at Qendra Tranzite.
A sender can complain (ankimim) about an item that never arrived for 3 months after posting within Albania and 6 months for international mail. International complaints are free and are made on the complaint form at the post office where the item was sent. Have ready what its reclamation form asks for: the recipient's exact details, the sender, the item's weight and contents, a contact number and the destination.

No allowed source gives Posta Shqiptare's own event wording: its pages describe the three Tracked scans only in prose, and TrackParcel holds no saved real reply from its tracker. Each event's text is shown exactly as the reply gives it.
Posta Shqiptare names two reasons: the declared value is over 22 euros, so customs duty is due, or the item is held for a physical check. Once the duty is paid, the item goes on to the post office for collection as normal.
The customs declaration, which Posta Shqiptare's documents call form CN 22 or CN 23, plus the transport cost. With its CDS customs declaration system, reference values are no longer used: the transport value comes online or is put on the stamp on the package.
Yes. Posta Shqiptare says an item coming to Albania can be tracked either in the Gjurmo Objektin section of its website or in the ePosta app, both by the tracking barcode.
