Track a SingPost item with the number on your receipt, consignment note or smartpac. Tracking covers smartpac, Registered Service and Speedpost, and TrackParcel keeps each scan's time offset. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of Singapore Post. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official Singapore Post website.

Tracking Number Format
Pattern: Two letters, nine digits and SG, as printed on the receipt or consignment note
Format example
RR987654321SG
Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
On the receipt or consignment note you were given when sending, and on the product itself for smartpac. A recipient gets it from the sender, because numbers exist only for tracked services. The help-page examples are two letters, nine digits and SG.
There are no tracking details under that number yet. The page gives three likely reasons: the item was sent recently and is still processing, the chosen service does not include tracking, or another carrier issued the number. It also asks you to check for a typo.
The help pages tie On Hold to customs: the parcel waits for GST or duty to be paid. The notice comes by app, by SMS or email when the sender gave those details, or by letter. Payment is due 14 days from the notice; if On Hold lasts 3 working days with no notice, get in touch.
The first says the parcel is in the country it was sent to and must clear customs there. The second follows once it has cleared. Later sorting and delivery events come from that country's post under the original number.
Singapore Post Limited runs singpost.com, and its help pages say tracking is available for smartpac, Registered Service and all Speedpost services. A tracking number exists only when the sender chose a tracked service, so untracked mail has nothing to look up. Once an item sent overseas leaves Singapore, its status may stop updating, because the destination's postal administration takes over delivery. For parcels to India, India Post then carries the delivery scans under the same number.
The tracking number is printed on the receipt or consignment note handed over at sending, and smartpac carries it on the product. The help-page examples follow the international postal pattern of two letters, nine digits and the SG suffix.
For an SG-style number, TrackParcel's search box drops spaces, hyphens, slashes and a pasted AWB: label, and Singapore Post is sent what is left; the SingPost lookup adds no format check of its own. Commas go too, so a pair of numbers joined by a comma arrives at SingPost as one string: look each item up on its own. Auto-Detect lists Singapore Post first for numbers ending in SG.
TrackParcel reads the same tracking service that the Track Item tool uses. The result shows the origin and destination countries and, before delivery or return, the posting date or first scan's date in its date row. Each event keeps its status description and place, with a further description beneath it where one is supplied.
A time carrying SingPost's offset keeps it, so the timeline and Delivered on row show it converted to IST, labelled IST; a time without one stays unconverted and unlabelled. Events are ordered newest first by the actual moment they record, so scans logged in different zones stay in sequence. The headline turns to Delivered only when the newest event describes a completed delivery; Undelivered and Delivery attempted stay as written.
The Track Item tool answers with “We're unable to find details for this tracking number.” For a number TrackParcel has passed on, the not-found message appears when SingPost's reply is not marked a success, flags the number as unknown, or holds no dated event with a description. A request that times out is never reported as not found.
One cause the page lists is a number issued by another carrier. So confirm the number and the service with the sender first, then raise a tracked item with SingPost.
An incoming postal parcel may be held by ICA or SingPost when it contains dutiable, controlled or prohibited goods, or goods over S$400 in CIF value that arrive without an invoice attached. Once GST and duty are computed a notice follows, and payment can be made in the mobile app, through SAM Online, at POPDrop kiosks or at a post office, quoting the tracking number.
Claims for a lost or damaged item go to Singapore Post, and so do requests for proof of delivery on signed services such as Registered Service mail and Speedpost. Its help pages direct both to the online enquiry form. Have the tracking number, the sender and recipient details, and a description of the item and its value ready, and claim no later than 30 days after sending.

No. Tracking numbers are issued only when the sender chose a tracked service, so ask the sender which service was used and for the number if there is one. Untracked basic mail cannot be looked up on singpost.com or on TrackParcel.
A delivery notification card is left at the address. SingPost then usually schedules another attempt, typically on the next working day, or moves the item to a nearby post office. There it is held for 10 working days before going back to the sender.
No. Delivery goes only to the recipient address the sender gave, and the item returns to the sender after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts. Redeliveries cannot be booked for a set date or time; the courier tries again by itself over the following working days.
