Track an ePost Global parcel by its EPG, SPRCA or postal-style reference, as EPG Track shows it. Partway through, an “In transit to … tracking #” event can give you the delivery partner's own number. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of ePost Global. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official ePost Global website.

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
References in the replayed shipments started with EPG, SPRCA, or a partner's UPU-style postal number. EPG Track gave the same no-updates reply for each kind of number tried. Auto-Detect offers ePost Global first for EPG followed by nine or more digits; for an SPRCA reference it never does, so pick ePost Global by hand.
EPG Track has no scan to show for that number. It gave exactly this reply for EPG, SPRCA and postal-style numbers and for an invented one, so the message alone does not prove the number exists. TrackParcel shows the lookup as not found; check the reference with the seller who shipped it.
It is the delivery partner's own reference, and you can use it on the partner's own tracking. The event names the partner, such as TForce in Canada or PostNL on other international routes. The events after it come from that partner rather than from an ePost Global facility.
The delivering partner could not complete the delivery and the parcel is going back to the sender. Contact the seller, because the carrier will not redeliver it. TrackParcel shows the sentence as the current status with a grey badge, not as a delivery or a completed return.
TrackParcel adds a To line only after a delivery it recognises; until then the newest scan shows where the parcel is, not where it goes. The To line then gives the delivery scan's place, if it has one. The From line shows the place of the oldest scan, when that scan has one.
ePost Global's tracker is EPG Track at epgtrack.com, a single box that takes up to 20 tracking numbers and answers with a tracking card and a Tracking Details pane. In the shipments TrackParcel's integration was replayed against, ePost Global handed parcels to a delivery partner in the destination country, such as TForce in Canada or PostNL on other international routes.
This page covers that journey as EPG Track shows it. Once the partner takes over, its own number can also be looked up on the partner's tracker.
Auto-Detect puts ePost Global first for EPG and at least nine digits. Fewer digits after EPG, or an SPRCA reference, never bring up ePost Global, even among the later Also try suggestions, so choose it from the carrier list yourself.
Before anything is sent, TrackParcel capitalises the entry and strips a label in front such as AWB:, or the brackets around a bare number, and it removes spaces, slashes and the hyphens in an EPG reference. Among entries the site accepts, only 3 to 40 letters and digits that include a digit go on to EPG Track; any other accepted entry is reported as not found without a lookup. EPG Track's box takes up to 20 numbers, but TrackParcel sends one.
TrackParcel sends the number to EPG Track and reads each event in the Tracking Details pane: the date, the time, the status line and the place line. It lists events newest first and shows times as printed, with no time zone, because the stamps carry none and the parcels cross borders.
A trailing Canadian or US postal code is cut from the place, because on delivery-side scans it belongs to the delivery address. The card's own label is never read, and TrackParcel reads no recipient field.
For a number with no scans, EPG Track still shows a card and repeats the no-updates sentence in the Tracking Details pane. After a lookup reaches EPG Track, TrackParcel shows it as not found when every card, and the pane if there is one, carries that sentence, or when the older two-step details page does.
A bot check page in place of EPG Track's reply is reported as ePost Global being temporarily unavailable, so try again later. If a reference you have from the seller keeps getting this reply, ask the seller to confirm it.
In the replayed shipments, tracking began with Data Received and Parcel Received and Processing at an ePost Global facility, then Parcel Shipped. An “In transit via …” or “In transit to … tracking #” event then named the partner and gave its own number. The later events came from that partner.
EPG Track lists no contact route of its own, only the tracking box. For a parcel marked undeliverable, contact the seller, because the carrier will not redeliver it. Once a partner's number appears, use that partner's tracking for the rest of the journey.

ePost Global's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
On EPG Track, yes: its box takes up to 20 tracking numbers. TrackParcel looks up one reference at a time, and it removes spaces and commas, so two references pasted together reach the carrier as one string. Search for each reference separately.
On delivery-side scans the place line can end with the delivery address's postal code. TrackParcel removes a trailing Canadian or US postal code, and any comma before it, so the result keeps only the town and province or state.
No. EPG Track prints a clock with no zone, and the parcels cross borders, so no zone can be assumed. TrackParcel shows each time exactly as printed, without converting it or adding a zone label, so read it as EPG Track's clock rather than your own.
Courier tracking across registered integrations in one place.
Track shipments from India Post, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ekart/Flipkart, Shadowfax and more from a single search bar.
Recent results use a short-lived cache for speed; uncached lookups fetch from the carrier and may take longer.
Just enter your tracking number. No account, no OTP, no friction - ever.
Responsive layouts and a focused tracking flow built for the phones most visitors use.
Select a carrier and enter the reference printed on the label or booking confirmation.
TrackParcel displays the status and scan history returned by the selected carrier, with cache state shown clearly.
New searches use a private POST request and never place the parcel identifier in the result URL.
Enter your tracking number, let Auto-Detect find the carrier or choose it, and request the latest available status - no login or OTP required.
