TrackParcel has confirmed that GOFO Spain's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
By its start: the Spanish FAQ says it usually begins CIES or GFES, followed by 13 or 14 digits. The FAQ calls it the unique identifier for national logistics tracking, provided by the sender or online store, so check the order confirmation or shipping email.
Check the typing first, then ask the seller if GOFO still shows the number as invalid. The Spanish FAQ says a valid number begins "CIES/GFES" and carries 13 or 14 digits "sin caracteres especiales", that is, without any special characters.
Start with the proof of delivery on GOFO's Spanish site, which usually shows a photo of where the parcel was left. Then check your mailbox, shared parcel areas and front door, and ask neighbours. If it is still missing, email GOFO; the Spanish phone line is not open yet.
Because GOFO's Spanish tracker gives the "En reparto" badge to event codes 200 to 203 and 208, which its English page calls Processing. TrackParcel uses that English label when GOFO's record has no status text. A newest scan that reads "En reparto" or "Out for delivery" gives Out for Delivery instead, unless GOFO reports delivery or return.
The Spanish site's terms of use say it is created and published by GOFO IBERIA, S.L., a limited company incorporated in Spain with its registered office in Madrid. They add that GOFO subsidiaries and affiliates may provide services on GOFO's behalf.
GFES and CIES numbers are tracked here on GOFO's Spanish tracker. Each GOFO country runs its own tracker, and GOFO's European tracking pages send a single number with another European or US GOFO prefix straight to that site's page instead of searching it.
GOFO's Spanish FAQ calls the GFES or CIES code the "número de seguimiento" and says the sender or online store normally provides it. GOFO's own Spanish results table lists both numbers of the record, under "Número de Albarán" and "Número de Seguimiento". Auto-Detect ranks GOFO Spain first for both GFES and CIES. Pick GOFO Spain for a GFFR or CIFR number, however, and TrackParcel replies not found without contacting GOFO Spain, explaining that GOFO sends that prefix to its French tracker.
A time without a UTC offset is read in Madrid's zone. TrackParcel never reads GOFO's delivery photos, the encrypted proof-of-delivery data and its one-time-code check, or the recipient's name, street and phone. TrackParcel has had no real Spanish GOFO parcel to read, so it reads each record the way GOFO's page script does. On GOFO's own Spanish page, the progress bar normally runs from "Anunciado" through "En tránsito" and "En reparto" to "Entregado".
A saved real reply shows how GOFO's Spanish tracker answers an unknown number: "Operación exitosa" and an empty list, with no not-found message. GOFO's own Spanish page lists such a number under "Número(s) de seguimiento no válido(s)", and TrackParcel reports the empty reply as not found. The Spanish FAQ sends numbers shown as invalid to the seller, and asks you to contact GOFO about a parcel with no update for more than five working days in the destination country or within the EU.
GOFO's shipper page lists a Spanish service with collection from the seller's warehouse or drop-off at GOFO's sorting centre, and three delivery attempts at no extra charge. Parcels can be up to 60 cm long and 30 kg. Final delivery is by partners that GOFO's Spanish pages call DSPs, Proveedores de Servicios de Entrega.
The Spanish customer service page gives an email address; the recipient helpline beside it reads "Próximamente" (coming soon), though hours of 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays, except public holidays, are listed. Its missing-parcel FAQ answer offers email only.
GOFO changes a delivery address through a form it emails, and only before the parcel is handed to the courier. A photo of your entrance speeds up a missing-parcel investigation, the FAQ says, but is not required.

Not for now. Its FAQ says it offers neither a new delivery time nor collection from a "punto de autoservicio", which the English FAQ calls a pickup point. If you were out, the driver may have left the parcel in your mailbox or with a neighbour.
The sender. The FAQ says that once a loss is confirmed you should contact the sender to process the compensation claim, and it sends questions about missing or damaged contents inside intact packaging to the sender too.
Yes, as feedback: the Spanish FAQ covers cases where the "entrega fallida" reason chosen by the courier does not match what happened. It asks you to send that feedback to its customer service team, which in Spain means email.
