A PostLogistics parcel is tracked in Swiss Post's own system with its 18-digit consignment number, printed with dots, or an item number ending in CH. Swiss Post publishes definitions of its tracking events. No login required.

TrackParcel has confirmed that PostLogistics's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
Yes. The 18-digit number is printed in groups of 2, 2, 6 and 8 digits with dots, and TrackParcel removes the dots, spaces and hyphens first. A Swiss Post item number of two letters, nine digits and CH is also accepted and sent if its check digit is right.
Swiss Post's Track consignments box shows it when an entry is not shaped like a consignment number or collection code. For a number TrackParcel sends, only an empty search reply becomes not found. A maintenance page, or a session Swiss Post refuses twice, is reported as unavailable instead. A reply naming only other consignments ends in “Tracking failed” and is never shown as yours.
Because TrackParcel keeps Swiss Post's own wording as the status, with an amber on-the-way badge. When Swiss Post gives a calculated delivery date, the result adds it as the expected date. Whenever Swiss Post sends its delivered flags, those flags decide delivery, not the newest scan's text.
It records a revocation, which undoes a completed delivery. Swiss Post's definitions say recipients who cannot check items at once with a postal delivery list may revoke one, naming its consignment number, the same day. TrackParcel never takes that scan as the delivery; unless Swiss Post's flags say delivered, it shows the overall state instead, such as To be delivered.
Parcels listed here under PostLogistics are looked up in Swiss Post's own My consignments service, the history its Track consignments page searches by consignment number or collection code. Swiss Post says Track consignments is free, and its trackable items run from PostPac Priority and PostPac Economy to bulky goods, courier items and registered letters. TrackParcel has not yet read a live PostLogistics parcel, so this page describes Swiss Post's texts and how TrackParcel handles them.
The consignment number has 18 digits, shown in dotted groups of 2, 2, 6 and 8. After the search box strips dots, spaces, hyphens and a pasted AWB: label, the PostLogistics lookup takes exactly 18 digits, or a Swiss Post item number of two letters, nine digits and CH with a correct check digit.
17 or 19 digits or an item number ending in another country's code is reported as not found without contacting Swiss Post. Auto-Detect offers PostLogistics for 18-digit numbers, alongside Hermes Einrichtungs-Service, but never for item numbers ending in CH, so pick PostLogistics by hand for those.
TrackParcel shows the public English event texts Swiss Post's own page uses for each event code, with a sub-event's text, such as Refusal to accept, as the remark. A scan's time is read with its own offset or else as Swiss time, then shown converted to IST, labelled IST.
The place is postcode and town, a Swiss postcode cut to four digits as Swiss Post prints it. A partner abroad's scans can keep the partner's description, with a name after a label such as “Signed by” cut off. Events are listed newest first, with origin and destination countries from the shipment record or the partner's leg.
Swiss Post's search answers an unknown number with an empty list. For a number TrackParcel sends, only that empty answer becomes not found. A reply naming another consignment is never shown as yours, and an outage or changed reply counts as a fault. If the sender's number keeps coming back empty, ask the sender to confirm it, then contact Swiss Post.
Swiss Post's Manage consignment page lets private customers redirect a parcel on its way to a My Post 24 terminal, a PickPost access point or another address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Only options still open at the consignment's stage are shown, and redirection costs extra once a second delivery attempt is needed. Orders can be placed up to midnight on the day before delivery.
Swiss Post's Help and contact page covers damage to or loss of a consignment, import customs clearance and issuing an authorisation, and lists its Contact Center. Its Manage consignment tools are designed for private customers, and business customers are told to contact Customer Service. Have the consignment number to hand.

PostLogistics's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Partly. Swiss Post tracks international consignments such as PostPac International, URGENT and EMS, but cannot yet promise full tracking for every destination. When a partner abroad reports scans, TrackParcel can show them with the partner's own description and takes the destination country from that leg.
Swiss Post refused the history or returned no events. TrackParcel then shows only the shipment's own state, such as Missed delivery, or Delivered with Swiss Post's delivery date, with no scan list and no first-scan date.
No. TrackParcel never reads the signature, the proof-of-delivery image, the addressee, the sender or the owner. Swiss Post's own definitions include Delivered pending confirmation of receipt, for an item handed over whose signature image is not yet available.
Courier tracking across registered integrations in one place.
Track shipments from India Post, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ekart/Flipkart, Shadowfax and more from a single search bar.
Recent results use a short-lived cache for speed; uncached lookups fetch from the carrier and may take longer.
