JINGDONG Logistics (JDL), set up by JD.com as a business group in 2017, tracks international waybills on its English site. Enter the JDW waybill; TrackParcel reads each scan in the zone JDL labels it with. No login required.

Tracking Number Format
Pattern: JDL waybill number: JDW followed by 12 digits, 15 characters in all

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
TrackParcel has confirmed that JDL Express's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
The waybill: the letters JDW followed by 12 digits, 15 characters in all. TrackParcel removes spaces and capitalises letters, and Auto-Detect offers JDL Express for that shape. The carrier's own box takes up to 10 numbers split by spaces, while TrackParcel looks up one per search; any other letter-and-digit shape, at most 50 characters long, ends as not found without ever going to JDL.
That line appears on the tracking page when nothing is filed under the number. Of JDL's replies, TrackParcel reports not found only for that empty reply or an entry marked as holding no waybill; a gateway refusal or another reply code means JDL is unavailable instead. Make sure you typed the JDW waybill, not an order number.
The tracking page shows that notice, which goes on to say “We are monitoring the delivery progress”, when it flags a package as abnormal. TrackParcel copies the same notice under the newest scan unless that scan shows the parcel delivered or returned.
No, because JDL shows the Delivery Photo only to someone who enters the last 4 digits of the recipient's or sender's phone. TrackParcel never requests those digits, and a photo on file does not make it call a parcel delivered; the newest scan's wording alone decides that.
The tracking page opens one package of a multi-package shipment and lists the rest under that heading. TrackParcel shows the package that carries the number you entered, or the first package when none matches, so the other packages' scans do not appear in its result.
JDL's About page says JD.com began building its nationwide logistics network in 2007, set up the JINGDONG Logistics business group in 2017 and saw it listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in May 2021. Its international site names JoyLogistics and JoyExpress as its international brands, covering warehousing, transport, last-mile delivery, cold chain and cross-border logistics.
TrackParcel reads the Track your shipment page of that international site, jingdonglogistics.com, for JDW waybills only. Parcels on JD Logistics' main site, jdl.com, which the page links to as Return to JD Logistics, are not looked up here.
A JDL waybill number starts with JDW and has 12 digits after it. Its English box asks for tracking numbers, up to 10 per inquiry split by spaces, while its Chinese prompt asks for an order number; TrackParcel sends JDW waybills only.
Before sending, TrackParcel strips spaces, hyphens, dots and similar separators and upper-cases the letters. A lookup goes to JDL only for exactly JDW and 12 digits, so a merchant order number or any other alphanumeric string no longer than 50 characters stays unsent and is reported as not found. Auto-Detect lists JDL Express first for that shape, with two other couriers after it.
TrackParcel queries the same tracker as the Track your shipment page on jingdonglogistics.com, requesting English text. For each scan it shows JDL's description, its date and time, and the route city and country where they are filled in. Like the page, it puts the newest scan at the top.
JDL's page prints each scan's time-zone label before its time, writing zones such as UTC+08:00. TrackParcel reads each time in the zone its label names, falls back to China time when a scan has no label, then displays it in IST. The merchant's order number, the last-mile carrier's waybill, name and contact, and the delivery photos are never read.
For an unknown number the tracker returns an empty list, and the page then reads Cannot find waybill information; an entry flagged as holding no waybill gets identical handling. Only these two JDL replies end as not found. A refusal from JDL's gateway, a maintenance page or any other reply code means JDL is unavailable, not that the waybill is missing.
In a multi-number search, the page marks the missing number in red and asks you to check and try again. An order number, a last-mile courier's number and a typo all fail the same way, so get the JDW waybill from the seller.
The tracker keeps last-mile details for a waybill, including that carrier's own waybill number, name and website, but TrackParcel does not show them. Once a parcel reaches a local carrier, ask the seller for that carrier's number. For goods bought abroad and shipped into China, JDL's Cross-border Direct Shipping Mode lists customs clearance at multiple ports, with separate modes for direct purchases and personal goods.
The side bar of JDL's international site carries Feedback, Get a Quote and Contact Us. JDL's page opens the delivery photo for anyone holding the last 4 digits of either the recipient's or the sender's phone; ask JDL or the merchant about a delay notice. Keep the JDW waybill number ready.

The card below explains what it means when a lookup finds no record.
Every JDL scan is free text and no allowed source lists the carrier's status words, so this page has no status cards. TrackParcel's status line switches to Delivered, Out for Delivery or Returned to Origin only when a scan's own wording says so.
JDL's international site names JoyLogistics and JoyExpress as its international logistics brands, offering warehousing, transport, last-mile delivery and cross-border logistics among other services. TrackParcel reads only the jingdonglogistics.com tracker, and only for JDW waybills.
No. TrackParcel leaves the origin and destination blank for JDL, and each scan carries only its own city and country when JDL gives them. Go by the newest scan's place, and ask the merchant for the delivery address details.
Not on TrackParcel. JDL's Chinese prompt asks for an order number, but TrackParcel sends only JDW waybills, and the merchant's order number in JDL's reply is never read. Ask the seller for the JDW waybill that goes with the order.
JDL's Global Fulfillment Network menu lists the United Arab Emirates, Australia, France, Germany, the Netherlands, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Poland, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Mexico, Vietnam and Hong Kong. TrackParcel reads only the waybill tracker, not warehouse records.
