Track a KazPost item with its track number: two Latin letters, nine digits and two letters naming the sender's country. TrackParcel turns the operator's event codes into English labels, such as Held by customs. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of KazPost. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official KazPost website.

QazPost's site says it has two Latin letters, nine digits and two Latin letters naming the sender's country. By that rule, an item posted in Kazakhstan ends in KZ, and one sent from abroad keeps its own country's letters. QazPost's search box also accepts a phone number, but TrackParcel looks a value up only as a track number.
“Held by customs” can repeat many times while the item waits for clearance, which is not a sign it is lost. TrackParcel shows that label for the event code EDD and lists every event returned, so each repeat is a separate event. The item moves on with Released from customs, TrackParcel's label for code EDB.
They are Russian words for the item's overall status, which TrackParcel translates. TrackParcel shows В пути as In transit and Вручено as Delivered, taking the delivery date and time from the newest event. It checks for a return first, so Вручено отправителю reads Returned and never Delivered.
Only when the event list for a number it has sent comes back empty. If the summary request fails but events arrive, TrackParcel still shows them and uses the newest one as the status. If the event list itself fails, the lookup ends in an error instead, so try again before doubting the number.
JSC “Kazpost” describes itself as the national postal operator of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and its website and app carry the QazPost name. TrackParcel reads the tracking service behind the English tracking page for postal items, and from the item summary it takes the status, the origin city and office and the receiver's country, never a name or address. The same site also sells Keruen, delivery of goods bought in the USA and Germany, and QazPost Keden, a customs declaration service for parcels; TrackParcel shows neither.
The operator's search form explains that a track number has two Latin letters, nine digits and two Latin letters for the sender's country, and its search box also invites a phone number. TrackParcel strips spaces, hyphens and a pasted label such as AWB: from a number of that shape, but has no KazPost-specific length check.
Auto-Detect offers KazPost only for a number ending in KZ, ranked after India Post. It does not offer KazPost for an item from abroad whose number ends in another country's letters, so pick it from the list yourself for those.
TrackParcel asks QazPost's tracking service for the item summary and the event list together, requesting English. Each event is labelled from its event code, such as Presented to customs, and the raw codes stay in the remarks with any non-delivery, return or forwarding reason given.
An event's place combines the postcode, the city and the office name, leaving out an all-zero postcode. The summary supplies the origin city and office and the receiver's country; TrackParcel shows no weight or expected date. Dates written day, month and year are converted, and times are kept to the minute with no time zone, newest first.
The operator gives TrackParcel no not-found wording, so the event list decides: after a lookup reaches it, an empty list is the only reply TrackParcel reports as not found. A reply TrackParcel cannot read is reported as an error, and a slow pair of requests times out, so neither means the item is unknown. For an item from abroad, check the number with the sender, since its last two letters name the country it was posted in.
International items pass through an office of exchange, where they are presented to customs. TrackParcel's labels follow that path: Dispatched from outward office of exchange and Departure from outward office of exchange for an item leaving, and Arrival at inward office of exchange for one arriving.
QazPost Keden is the operator's service for declaring individuals' parcels to customs from a smartphone, and the site prices that declaration at 5000 tenge per parcel. The link comes in an SMS from Kazpost, duties are paid in tenge at the National Bank of Kazakhstan's rate on the day the declaration is registered, and non-residents can pay with a temporary IIN. Once the duties are paid, QazPost says the package is sent to your address.
The home page lists a hotline, chat bots and a chancellery under Contact us, and its Help section offers a branch map, service tariffs and the list of prohibited items. Customs declarations and many other services also run in the QazPost.kz super app, so have the full track number ready.
