Paositra Malagasy, whose contact address is on Rue Philibert Tsiranana in Antaninarenina, Antananarivo, groups its website into postal savings (the Tsinjo plans), letters and parcels (Paositra Rapida and EMS Mailaka) and money services such as PaositraMoney, Western Union and Ria. Its Suivi & Simulation block includes two tracking tabs: Courrier National, the national mail search TrackParcel reads, and Courrier International, which opens the UPU's Global Track and Trace instead. The Courrier National box on Paositra Malagasy's home page shows an example made of AO and 11 digits, and the page itself checks nothing more. International items belong to the UPU search under the Courrier International tab instead.

Spaces inside a pasted number, and brackets around it, are stripped by TrackParcel first. Only two letters plus 11 digits are then sent to Paositra Malagasy; a code of two letters, nine digits and two letters, or any other shape, is refused before the site is asked. Auto-Detect picks out Paositra Malagasy by its AO opening, so a number with other letters has to be chosen by hand.

TrackParcel sends the request the Paositra Malagasy site's own search sends, with no sign-in. According to the site's page script, every update holds a description, a place (Localisation), the next office (Bureausuivant) and a preformatted date, with the first row as the latest.

Those four fields are all TrackParcel reads; any other field a reply might carry, such as a name or phone number, is ignored. Updates are listed newest first, keeping the site's order when two share a time, and a row without a description or a readable date is skipped. No real item has been followed through this search yet, so its live wording and date format are still unconfirmed.

For a number the national system does not know, it answers with an empty list and the page prints Aucune donnée trouvée, which TrackParcel turns into a not-found result. A maintenance page, or an empty list arriving together with an error, leads TrackParcel to report the site as unavailable; any other changed answer is reported as an error rather than a missing item. Check the two letters and 11 digits, and whether the item is national at all, since international items are searched under the Courrier International tab.

Paositra Rapida is presented as an express service for depositing, sending and delivering mail, parcels and goods along Madagascar's main routes, with parcel tracking (suivi de colis) listed among its advantages. EMS Mailaka sends letters, documents, goods, samples and packages express to 192 countries, according to its page, which also lists free tracking tools. For EMS parcels, the same page lists the paperwork needed, including a commercial invoice, a certificate of origin and a customs declaration, plus a pro forma invoice for France, La Réunion, Mayotte and Guadeloupe.

The Contactez-nous block on the home page lists an email address, phone numbers and the address in Antaninarenina, with opening hours of Monday to Friday 9h to 18h and Saturday 8h to 12h. Quote the full two-letter, 11-digit number when you write or call.
