PACK & SEND is a courier, freight and packing business with Service Centres across Australia and an online booking service. TrackParcel looks up its AUW references and shows the tracker's own status names. No login required.

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
TrackParcel has confirmed that PACK & SEND's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
Only one made of the letters AUW and nine more letters or digits, twelve characters in all. Online Self-Service customers get their tracking number in the document emailed after booking, and Customer Care can resend that email. The pages checked here state no number format; the AUW shape is simply the one TrackParcel sends.
The tracking service sent back an empty consignment list, which is how it says it holds nothing under that reference. No wording comes with it. Recheck all twelve characters with the sender; a reference that does not start AUW, or has the wrong length, is never sent to PACK & SEND at all.
One job can hold several consignments, each listed separately by the tracking service. When your number matches a consignment, TrackParcel shows that consignment. For a job number it shows the first consignment that has tracking, and if none has any, the job is reported as unavailable.
If the tracking service returns a status such as Pending with no checkpoint yet, TrackParcel shows that status over an empty history. Without a delivery estimate, the result also gives any pickup date the booking carries, labelled Booked on. An entry holding neither a status nor any checkpoint is reported as unavailable instead of being shown blank.
The tracker page prints dates exactly as its tracking service sends them, and their real format is not yet known. TrackParcel keeps the offset of an ISO stamp, turns an AEST, AEDT, ACST, ACDT or AWST suffix into its offset, and reads any other date day first in Sydney time, then shows it converted to IST.
PACK & SEND says its Service Centres accept almost all types of goods, send them by road, air or sea anywhere in Australia or the world, and can pack goods that arrive unpacked. Its Online Self-Service is a do-it-yourself way to quote, book and pay for pre-packed, non-fragile parcels, for one-off senders and regular senders alike.
Its Track & Trace page credits shipment updates to a multi-carrier network, and its Online Self-Service help talks of pickup by our courier and of Customer Care contacting our carrier when a delivery goes wrong. So the van at your door may be a partner carrier's, which the result here never names.
An Online Self-Service booking comes with a tracking number in the document PACK & SEND emails afterwards, and its Customer Care team for Online Self Service will resend that email if it goes missing. PACK & SEND's own instructions are to open Track & Trace on its website and enter that number.
TrackParcel looks up only references of AUW followed by nine letters or digits. Its search box strips spaces, dashes and a pasted label first and capitalises letters, and a reference of any other shape is never sent to PACK & SEND. Auto-Detect suggests this carrier for the AUW shape and for no other.
The lookup goes to the tracking service behind PACK & SEND's Track & Trace page, not to that page. It shows the consignment status in the page's split-word form, the origin and destination, an estimated delivery date until delivery or, without one, the pickup date, and each checkpoint's message, place and date.
Places that look like street addresses are dropped, and neither the name of whoever signed nor the Service Centre's contact block is ever read. A checkpoint with no message shows its status words instead. The feed's order is unconfirmed, so checkpoints are sorted by time, newest first, with dates lacking a zone read as Sydney time.
For an unknown reference the tracking service returns an empty consignment list next to a service-centre block, with no wording. Only that reply, for an AUW reference TrackParcel has sent, is reported as not found.
A maintenance page or a server fault shows as unavailable, and any other changed reply as a failed lookup. Have the sender check the reference first, then try the Service Centre or Online Self-Service team behind the booking.
If an Online Self-Service delivery runs into trouble, the Customer Care team for Online Self Service takes it up and contacts the carrier to try to resolve it; it answers on weekdays, 8.30am to 5.30pm. Bookings made in person go through a PACK & SEND Service Centre, which you can visit or call.

PACK & SEND's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
The tracker page's script also names Exception and Expired; TrackParcel shows them as given. TrackParcel's reading of a found PACK & SEND consignment is not yet proven against a live parcel.
No. PACK & SEND says Online Self-Service delivers only to a full street address, never to a P.O Box or parcel locker, and that only Australia Post and its subsidiaries can deliver to P.O Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
Sign to accept it but note the damage, PACK & SEND advises, because signing for goods in Good Condition rules out a claim. Warranty claims on Online Self-Service bookings go through its Customer Care team for Online Self Service.
Yes, through Online Self-Service, if you are an Australian resident with an Australian registered credit card. You forward the emailed shipping labels and carrier documents to the sender, who prints them for the driver; without them the driver refuses the goods, and a failed pickup adds a Futile Booking Surcharge.
