About Parcelpoint.

TrackParcel has confirmed that Parcelpoint's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.

How do I collect a Parcelpoint parcel?

Wait for the message saying the parcel is ready to collect, then go to the Parcelpoint location named in it with that message and photo ID. Tracking showing the parcel in transit is not enough, because the store has to receive and scan it first.

Why are Parcelpoint tracking times a few hours out?

Parcelpoint stores event times in UTC. Its own website converts them to your device's time zone, and TrackParcel shows the recorded time with the UTC label. Add the offset for your state to get local time.

What are the booking code and consignment ID?

They are extra references Parcelpoint may hold for the same parcel. The booking code identifies the collection booking and the consignment ID is the carrier's number for the transport leg. Either may be asked for if you contact the retailer about the order.

Parcelpoint shows no tracking events. What now?

The parcel has been registered but not scanned yet, or the number is not a Parcelpoint number. Retailers often send the number as soon as the order is packed. If nothing appears after two working days, check with the retailer.

Parcelpoint Tracking – Complete Guide

Parcelpoint is an Australian parcel collection and returns network. Instead of delivering to a home address, a retailer sends the order to a nearby Parcelpoint location, usually a local shop with long opening hours, and the customer collects it there. The same locations accept returns. Tracking is by the Parcelpoint number in the collection message. The tracker shows the current status with a short explanation, then a timeline in which every entry has a status, sometimes a description, the time and the location. Statuses are short phrases such as In Transit or Ready For Collection. Parcelpoint records its times in UTC, so a scan can appear several hours off from local Australian time.

Parcelpoint tracking begins with the reference printed on the shipment label, booking receipt, or dispatch message. The registered format guidance for this integration is Parcelpoint tracking number from the retailer's collection message; ABCD1234 is an illustrative example rather than an active parcel. Enter the reference exactly as issued, including letters, leading zeroes, spaces, or punctuation when they form part of the number.

TrackParcel sends the lookup to the public tracking transport associated with Parcelpoint and normalises the response into a readable timeline. When the carrier supplies them, the result can include the current shipment state, event timestamps, processing locations, and carrier remarks. The carrier creates and controls those scans; TrackParcel cannot add a missing event or promise when the next scan will appear. A recent successful response may be returned from a short-lived cache to reduce repeat requests.

Parcelpoint uses its own shipment references and scan process. The safest source is the dispatch confirmation, label, or receipt issued for that shipment. Similar-looking numeric references can belong to other couriers, so selecting Parcelpoint explicitly avoids an ambiguous format match.

If Parcelpoint returns no shipment, first compare the reference with the original message and remove accidental surrounding spaces. A newly created label may not be searchable until the first physical scan. Delays between events can also occur while a shipment moves between facilities, crosses a border, clears customs, or waits for a partner-carrier handoff. Try again later, then use the official Parcelpoint tracking page linked below when the shipment is urgent or the result remains unavailable.

What Parcelpoint tracking statuses mean

Parcelpoint may word these differently. The event text in your result is the carrier's own.

Booked / Shipment created
The sender has registered the shipment. The courier may not have the parcel yet.
Picked up
The courier has collected the parcel from the sender.
In transit
The parcel is moving between the courier's facilities. Gaps between scans are normal on long routes.
Arrived at hub / destination
Scanned at a sorting hub or the delivery branch. It is not with a delivery agent yet.
Out for delivery
A delivery agent has the parcel and will attempt delivery, usually the same day.
Delivery attempted / Undelivered
An attempt failed. Couriers normally try again; contact the courier to correct the address or agree a time.
Delivered
The courier has recorded the handover. If you do not have the parcel, raise it with the courier and the seller straight away.
RTO / Returned
Return to origin: the parcel is on its way back to the sender.
