The tracking number format is a PA prefix followed by digits (e.g. PA3849873). The AWB is generated the moment an order is created in Pikndel's dashboard, and the same number follows the parcel through rider assignment, pickup, in-transit, out-for-delivery and final delivery.

What Pikndel tracking statuses mean
Pikndel may word these differently. The event text in your result is the carrier's own.
- Booked / Shipment created
- The sender has registered the shipment. The courier may not have the parcel yet.
- Picked up
- The courier has collected the parcel from the sender.
- In transit
- The parcel is moving between the courier's facilities. Gaps between scans are normal on long routes.
- Arrived at hub / destination
- Scanned at a sorting hub or the delivery branch. It is not with a delivery agent yet.
- Out for delivery
- A delivery agent has the parcel and will attempt delivery, usually the same day.
- Delivery attempted / Undelivered
- An attempt failed. Couriers normally try again; contact the courier to correct the address or agree a time.
- Delivered
- The courier has recorded the handover. If you do not have the parcel, raise it with the courier and the seller straight away.
- RTO / Returned
- Return to origin: the parcel is on its way back to the sender.

Why is my Pikndel status stuck on 'In Transit'?
If the last scan is more than 24 hours old, the rider may have hit a failed-delivery attempt. Check the next event for a reattempt date or a NDR reason code that explains the delay.
