A Shiprocket AWB is assigned the moment a seller books a shipment, and it stays the single tracking reference even when multiple courier partners handle the parcel. The tracking history shows each partner-leg - pickup from the seller, origin-hub scans, line-haul moves, out-for-delivery attempts and final delivery or RTO back to the seller. Because Shiprocket aggregates 25+ couriers, the courier partner name for each shipment appears right alongside the timeline.

What Shiprocket tracking statuses mean
Shiprocket may word these differently. The event text in your result is the carrier's own.
- Booked / Shipment created
- The sender has registered the shipment. The courier may not have the parcel yet.
- Picked up
- The courier has collected the parcel from the sender.
- In transit
- The parcel is moving between the courier's facilities. Gaps between scans are normal on long routes.
- Arrived at hub / destination
- Scanned at a sorting hub or the delivery branch. It is not with a delivery agent yet.
- Out for delivery
- A delivery agent has the parcel and will attempt delivery, usually the same day.
- Delivery attempted / Undelivered
- An attempt failed. Couriers normally try again; contact the courier to correct the address or agree a time.
- Delivered
- The courier has recorded the handover. If you do not have the parcel, raise it with the courier and the seller straight away.
- RTO / Returned
- Return to origin: the parcel is on its way back to the sender.

Why does my Shiprocket tracking show a different courier than my order page?
Shiprocket routes each order to whichever partner courier it booked - the partner's name appears at the top of the timeline and can differ from what the store displayed at checkout.
