Track a Schneider load with the bill of lading, PO or Schneider PRO reference the shipper gave you. TrackParcel builds its history from the arrival and departure times recorded at each stop. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of Schneider. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official Schneider website.

Pattern: The bill of lading, PO or Schneider PRO from the shipper, as letters and digits

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
Enter whichever of them the shipper gave you, one at a time. TrackParcel asks for loads carrying that reference, then prefers an order whose order number, bill of lading or listed references match it. The proof-of-delivery form on schneider.com keeps the three apart: PO/Bill of lading number, Schneider PRO number and a free Reference # field.
TrackParcel reports “No Schneider tracking data found for” followed by your reference. That happens when the tracking returns no orders at all for it. A returned order with neither a status nor any recorded stop time counts as a fault instead, so try again later before deciding the reference is wrong.
Each stop can give two events, its actual arrival and its actual departure. At the delivery stop the arrival is labelled Delivered once the load's status reads as delivered, and leaving that stop afterwards becomes Departed destination. The shipment itself was completed at the Delivered event.
No actual arrival or departure has been recorded at any stop yet. Such an order already carries a status, and often an estimated arrival at the consignee. TrackParcel shows that status with the origin, the destination and, while the load is undelivered, the estimated delivery date.
The most recent order that carries your reference. Several orders can share one bill of lading or PO, so TrackParcel keeps those whose own identifiers match and picks the one with the newest stop time, actual or planned. If none matches exactly, it picks the newest order returned.
Schneider National, Inc. runs the Track your freight page, which it describes as a quick overview of a load's current status, with a log-in for full details on each load. Its site lists dry van truckload, intermodal, bulk, LTL, refrigerated and flatbed among its modes, beside brokerage, port drayage and power only. Its about page dates the company to 1935, when Al Schneider sold the family car to buy the first truck.
This guide covers what that public overview returns for one reference at a time. The account view behind the log-in is a separate product that TrackParcel does not read.
Schneider's guide to LTL terms defines a bill of lading as the document giving the type, quantity and destination of the goods. Its proof-of-delivery form asks separately for the PO/Bill of lading number, the Schneider PRO number, the trailer number and a free reference.
The search box capitalises letters. For an ordinary reference, the letters and digits left, up to 50, are sent with no shape check. Auto-Detect does not offer this carrier for nine-digit numbers or lettered references, so pick Schneider from the courier list.
TrackParcel reads the public tracking behind the Track your freight page. For the chosen order it shows the status label, the pickup and delivery stops as From and To by city and state, and the recorded weight figure.
The history is short because it is built from stops, not scans. Every actual arrival or departure at a stop becomes one event, newest first, and planned times never appear as events. Times keep the clock the stop record gives, with no zone label and no conversion to IST.
An unknown reference comes back with no orders, and TrackParcel then says “No Schneider tracking data found for” and repeats the reference. A reply asking for fewer requests is shown as a temporary block to retry later, and a server error as the carrier being unavailable. If the reference is not found, ask the shipper which number went on the bill of lading.
Schneider's contact pages carry a Request proof of delivery form that promises a prompt reply, and its LTL terms guide defines a claim as the demand for payment for freight damaged while in the carrier's hands. Have the bill of lading, PO and PRO ready before you write.

Schneider's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Not here. The Track Freight Status box on schneider.com accepts several references separated by a comma, but TrackParcel's search box removes commas before sending, so two references would arrive as one long string. Look each reference up on its own.
Your name, company, email and phone, then the shipment details: trailer number, ship date, PO/Bill of lading number, Schneider PRO number, another reference, shipper and consignee. Only the contact name, company name, company email and phone carry the form's required-field star, so leave blank any shipment detail you do not have.
No. Schneider presents its public tracking as a quick overview, with a log-in for full details on each load. Its FreightPower page tells shippers to log in by selecting FreightPower Shipper, and says users with the customer track role can quote, book, track and retrieve documents. TrackParcel reads only the public overview.
