Track a ShipGlobal US shipment with its FFUSA number. On parcels from the US to India, the same number keeps showing the Indian domestic courier's scans after customs clearance in New Delhi. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of ShipGlobal US. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official ShipGlobal US website.

For TrackParcel, yes: the FFUSA number carries the whole history, including the Indian courier's scans after the hand-off. The carrier sends the tracking number to the shipper when the booking is confirmed. Auto-Detect tries ShipGlobal US first for FFUSA followed by seven or more digits.
TrackParcel shows not found when ShipGlobal's service says the number is unknown, or replies with a summary but no readable scans. Other failed replies show as a failed lookup, or as the carrier being temporarily unavailable. ShipGlobal's own Track page answers a failed lookup with a pop-up instead, falling back to “Something went wrong. Please try again.”
The domestic courier has sent the parcel on from that hub to the next one on its route. Several of these in a row are normal on long domestic routes. It belongs to the Indian part of the journey, after customs clearance in New Delhi, alongside pickup, arrival-at-hub and bag scans.
Not when the newest scan uses return wording TrackParcel recognises, such as RTO DELIVERED, because it checks for a completed return before a delivery. Such a scan is shown as Returned to Origin, with no delivery date, and a return still on its way keeps the carrier's own wording.
On TrackParcel, enter one FFUSA number per lookup; ShipGlobal's own Track page takes up to 15, one per line. Past 15 lines, that page warns “Please enter no more than 15 AWB numbers.” With ShipGlobal US chosen, two FFUSA numbers on separate lines would reach ShipGlobal joined into one string, since TrackParcel removes line breaks when it tidies pasted text.
ShipGlobal US Inc., of New York, describes its business as door-to-door international logistics from the USA, with customs clearance included as standard. It says the team behind it started FirstFlight USA two decades ago, and it names India, the UAE, KSA, Singapore, Turkey, the UK, Europe and Brazil among its destinations.
This page tracks the shipments shown on ShipGlobal's Track shipment page, by their FFUSA number. The site's footer also links an Inbound Package Status page on its member site; TrackParcel does not read that page.
ShipGlobal says it confirms each booking with a tracking number, carrier details and an estimated delivery window, so the shipper holds the number first. The shipments TrackParcel's integration was checked against began with FFUSA. Auto-Detect tries ShipGlobal US first for FFUSA and at least seven digits; a number of any other shape needs ShipGlobal US chosen from the carrier list.
Pasted text is tidied first: spaces or hyphens inside the number are dropped. The carrier then receives the result with no shape test of TrackParcel's own, as long as the site accepts it (at most 50 characters, all letters, digits, hyphens or underscores), so two FFUSA numbers pasted together arrive at ShipGlobal as a single run of characters.
TrackParcel asks ShipGlobal's own tracking service, the one behind its Track shipment page, for the FFUSA number. For each scan it keeps the date and time, the description and the place, and adds the reply's status field as a note when it differs from the description.
The destination comes from the reply's own destination field. Scans are listed newest first, and their times are shown as printed, with no time zone.
TrackParcel reports not found when ShipGlobal's tracking service says it does not know the number, or answers successfully with a summary but no scans. An unreadable reply is reported as a failed lookup, and a server error as the carrier being temporarily unavailable, so try again later in either case.
On the carrier's own Track page, a lookup that fails brings up a pop-up rather than a result card, and the page's fallback wording is “Something went wrong. Please try again.” A number that still finds nothing should go back to the shipper, who received it at booking.
On the US-to-India shipments TrackParcel's integration was checked against, the first part of the history is the international leg: arrival at the Delhi hub and destination port, customs clearance, and completion of clearance in New Delhi. After clearance the parcel is handed to an Indian domestic courier, and the scans change to that courier's hub language, still under the same FFUSA number.
ShipGlobal's contact page lists separate addresses for sales and for customer support, and its New York team lists business hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm ET. If customs holds a parcel, ShipGlobal says the shipper's account manager is notified and contacts the shipper, so recipients should go through the sender with the FFUSA number.

ShipGlobal US's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
“Booking confirmed” and “Customs cleared” are updates named on the carrier's home page; “Shipment further connected” was seen after the hand-off, when the scans switch to the Indian courier's hub wording.
ShipGlobal says every international shipment includes customs clearance at both origin and destination. The only extra item is destination import duties and taxes, which it calculates upfront and shows before the booking is confirmed. Under its Delivered Duty Paid option, the shipper pays those duties instead of the recipient.
Yes. ShipGlobal says a shipper can schedule a pickup from their door or drop the parcel off at its NYC facility, and it prepares the export documentation and customs paperwork. Its warehouse address is in Freeport, New York.
ShipGlobal says every update is pushed automatically to both the shipper and the recipient, from pickup to proof of delivery, and that the recipient's updates are branded. The shipper's booking confirmation also gives an estimated delivery window, which TrackParcel does not show.
