V-Xpress Tracking – Complete Guide
V-Xpress dockets move from booking at the origin branch through regional transit hubs (often via Ballabgarh, Nagpur or similar gateway points) to the destination branch for final delivery, with e-POD captured on completion. The scan history records each of these legs with location, status and timestamp - from 'Shipment Booked' through dispatch, arrival and delivery confirmations.

What V-Xpress tracking statuses mean
V-Xpress may word these differently. The event text in your result is the carrier's own.
- Booked / Shipment created
- The sender has registered the shipment. The courier may not have the parcel yet.
- Picked up
- The courier has collected the parcel from the sender.
- In transit
- The parcel is moving between the courier's facilities. Gaps between scans are normal on long routes.
- Arrived at hub / destination
- Scanned at a sorting hub or the delivery branch. It is not with a delivery agent yet.
- Out for delivery
- A delivery agent has the parcel and will attempt delivery, usually the same day.
- Delivery attempted / Undelivered
- An attempt failed. Couriers normally try again; contact the courier to correct the address or agree a time.
- Delivered
- The courier has recorded the handover. If you do not have the parcel, raise it with the courier and the seller straight away.
- RTO / Returned
- Return to origin: the parcel is on its way back to the sender.
