Better Trucks, an Illinois-based regional last-mile carrier, arranges residential deliveries for retailers and ecommerce firms. Enter its tracking number, such as one starting BTS or BTPA; TrackParcel reads its stamps as UTC and shows them in IST. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of Better Trucks (US). For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official Better Trucks (US) website.

Tracking Number Format
Pattern: BTS with digits, or BTPA, five digits and six letters as on the real shipment on record
Format example
BTS_1357913579
Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
BTS followed by letters or digits, or BTPA followed by five digits and six letters. Auto-Detect offers Better Trucks for both, and for a BTS number no other carrier. For any other shape, pick Better Trucks by hand, and keep an underscore or hyphen after BTS as printed.
Better Trucks has no shipment under that number. Behind that message its tracking data reads UNKNOWN, “Invalid tracking no”, with an empty history, and TrackParcel reports the number as not found. When its own request fails, the carrier's page says “Oops... something went wrong” instead; that is an outage, not a missing parcel.
TrackParcel reads Better Trucks' stamps as UTC, the clock its tracking data uses, and shows them in India time with an IST label. The carrier's page shows local time instead: it renders a 20:29 stamp as 04:29 PM in New York, which TrackParcel shows as 01:59 IST the next day.
Because each facility scan is a separate entry. In the real delivered shipment on file, the first facility scan came under three hours before “Received in BT network”, and the second almost two days after that. A hub scan and “Out For Delivery” followed on the delivery day.
The two kinds Better Trucks' own page also hides. One is a duplicate “Shipment created” recorded at the same second without a location; the other is an entry coded as a failed Onfleet event. Every other dated entry appears newest first, with its city, state and country.
Better Trucks describes itself as a regional, last-mile delivery platform that specialises in arranging residential deliveries. It names major retailers, ecommerce firms and fulfilment centres as the shippers it works for, and its site lists addresses in Bloomingdale and Franklin Park, Illinois. Its about page says that in 2019 its founders noticed a handful of retailers dominating ecommerce by offering two-day delivery.
Its offering page adds a first-mile brokerage, which arranges transport from a retailer's warehouse to a store or local fulfilment centre. TrackParcel follows a parcel only by its Better Trucks tracking number, one number per search, and reads nothing from its shipper or driver tools.
The one real delivered Better Trucks shipment behind TrackParcel's integration had BTPA, five digits and six letters. Auto-Detect also ties numbers beginning BTS to Better Trucks, alone; a BTPA number is offered rather than pinned, since one shipment cannot show that no other carrier uses BTPA.
Type the number without spaces: the search box keeps an underscore or hyphen straight after BTS when six or more digits follow, but drops a space there. TrackParcel's Better Trucks lookup then accepts between 6 and 40 characters, each a letter, digit, underscore or hyphen; shorter input is reported as not found without contacting the carrier.
TrackParcel reads the same tracking data that Better Trucks' public tracking page loads for every visitor, with no login or key. Each history entry gives the status wording, a UTC stamp and a city, state and country. ZIP codes, map coordinates, the transaction ID, the consignee's name and any proof-of-delivery photo are never read.
The carrier's estimate fills the expected delivery date. Until delivery, the destination is the delivery address's city, state and country, then the delivery scan's place.
For a number it does not know, Better Trucks answers normally with an UNKNOWN status, the words “Invalid tracking no” and an empty history. Of the replies to a number it has sent, TrackParcel treats only that one as not found. A missing-page error or a reply in another shape counts as an error, and refusals or server errors show Better Trucks as temporarily unavailable.
Better Trucks works for the retailers and fulfilment centres that ship with it. When a number keeps failing, ask that retailer to confirm it.
Better Trucks' site lists Track Your Package, Delivery Support and FAQs under Support, and gives a help email address and a phone line. Its offering page lists responsive customer service and branded SMS notification, with updates at every step, among the services shippers can use.

No. TrackParcel marks a shipment Delivered only when the newest scan or the current status reads as a delivery. A failure reason made only of plain words, such as a closed business, can appear as the remark, but the recipient's name never does.
In the real shipment on record, Better Trucks created it and first scanned it in one state, scanned it at a facility in a second, and reached the NYC hub only on the delivery day, five days after creation. Those rows are the parcel moving through its network.
