GSI Express Logistics Inc. calls itself a US corporation run in the United States. Its company page says it specialises in express shipments to Korea, working with an express customs clearance facility at Incheon Airport. It also runs a Seoul branch for customs and duty work on shipments sent from New Jersey and Oregon. Besides express parcels, its service page lists air forwarding, ocean shipping, air dangerous-goods cargo and trucking between New Jersey and New York; this page covers express shipment tracking only.

The tracking page has two search boxes, one for the invoice number (인보이스 번호) and one for the waybill number (운송장 번호). TrackParcel always runs the waybill search, so enter the waybill number rather than the invoice number.

Before searching a ten- or thirteen-digit waybill number, TrackParcel strips a pasted label such as Tracking: along with spaces and hyphens, and passes whatever letters and digits are left on as they stand, without checking them against any shape. Auto-Detect does not try GSI Express for a number of ten or thirteen digits, so select the carrier from the list yourself.

TrackParcel opens GSI's public tracking popup for the waybill number and reads its three-column event table: 처리일시, 배송상태 and 처리지점. Every row turns into one timeline entry holding that row's date and time, its status text and its place, with the latest entry at the top.

Times are shown as the popup prints them, with no zone label and no conversion. From is the 처리지점 of the earliest row; To is that of the latest only once it reads as a delivery, and stays empty before then. Until the latest row reads as a delivery or a return, the date row of the result carries the 출고시간 date, falling back to the earliest row's date, under the label First scan or Picked up.

A waybill number comes back not found on TrackParcel when GSI's page shows its Korean no-data notice. A missing page, or one that loads with no event rows and without that notice, counts as GSI being unavailable, not as a miss.

If a number keeps failing, check that it is the waybill number and not the invoice number, then ask the company that shipped the parcel. The tracking page says that members who sign up get more accurate tracking than the public search.

The service page describes one unbroken chain for shipments from the US to Korea: receipt in the US, transport to the airport, customs clearance, and delivery by Korea Post's parcel service (우체국 택배) until the customer receives it. Its company page adds that goods from the east coast fly out through New York's JFK airport, and names Korean Air, Asiana, CJ대한통운 and 우체국택배 among its partners.

The branch page lists branches in Seoul, New Jersey and Delaware, and asks customers with questions to contact the staff at each branch. Its company page says the Seoul branch helps communication between customs brokers, clearance facilities and client companies, and the site has a 고객사 로그인, a login for client companies.
