Poczta Polska Spółka Akcyjna runs the Śledzenie przesyłek tracker on poczta-polska.pl, which its registered-letter page calls eMonitoring. It covers registered items, those with a proof of posting, except letters with declared value, and an English version repeats the same examples and messages. A registered letter is posted as priorytetowy or ekonomiczny, and in the real domestic registered letter TrackParcel read, the service name List polecony ekonomiczny carried that choice. TrackParcel reads the Polish version and keeps its Polish event names.

Poczta Polska's help text gives six example numbers, four of them two letters, nine digits and PL; an empty box brings up “Podaj numer przesyłki”. The domestic registered letter TrackParcel's integration was checked against had a 20-digit number instead.

TrackParcel's search box drops a pasted label like AWB:, enclosing brackets, and the spaces, hyphens, dots or slashes inside either kind of number above. Poczta Polska is sent the lookup only if 8 to 40 letters A to Z and digits remain, at least one of them a digit; nothing else reaches it. Commas go too, so with Poczta Polska picked, two such numbers joined by a comma go to it as one string: track each item separately. Auto-Detect offers Poczta Polska for two-letter, nine-digit numbers ending in PL.

TrackParcel reads Poczta Polska's own Śledzenie przesyłek page. From the Dane przesyłki block it shows Kraj nadania as the origin and Kraj przeznaczenia as the destination.

Each event row gives Nazwa zdarzenia, Data i czas and Jednostka pocztowa. TrackParcel keeps the post office's name but cuts its street address and postcode, and never reads the Urząd nadania field or the link from the Generuj link button. Events run oldest first on Poczta Polska's page and newest first on TrackParcel.

That heading sits over “Brak danych o przesyłce”, the number and a request to check it was typed correctly. Once a number has gone to Poczta Polska, TrackParcel calls it not found only if one of those lines comes back; a reply with neither line and no events, such as a maintenance notice, counts as an error, not a missing item.

Letters with declared value are excluded from the tracker. If a history does not match the proof of posting, Poczta Polska advises checking the number entered, so get the shipping confirmation from the sender first.

When Poczta Polska's system has no information about an item sent outside Poland, its tracker page links to foreign postal operators' sites through a country list; a country is missing when its operator has not shared a tracking address. In a real reply for a parcel to Canada, the delivery events still arrived under the same number, credited to International Postal System.

Poczta Polska declares parcels from outside the European Union to customs for the addressee. Up to 150 euros it holds a statutory power of attorney; above 150 and up to 1,000 euros you must grant one at a post office before it declares. It says delivery time depends most on that power of attorney and on how quickly the National Revenue Administration (KAS) sets the charges and releases the parcel.

Its contact page has an enquiry form with Status przesyłki as a topic and the item number as a required field, and complaints have a separate online form, Wniosek reklamacyjny. Keep the shipping confirmation to hand: the tracker page says its information is for reference only and cannot ground a claim.
