V-Trans (India) Limited, a Mumbai-based logistics company for part and full truck loads, is tracked by its GC number. TrackParcel shows the Current Status line, which runs ahead of the booking status. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of V-Trans. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official V-Trans website.

Tracking Number Format
Pattern: Numeric GC or docket number; Auto-Detect offers V-Trans for 10-digit ones
Format example
2468024680
Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
The GC number, which the Track & Trace page also calls the docket number. Type only its digits. For a 10-digit GC number TrackParcel drops spaces, hyphens and an AWB or docket label, but a pasted “GC No” stays glued to the front and travels to V-Trans as part of the number. Auto-Detect offers V-Trans for 10-digit numbers.
V-Trans holds no consignment under the GC number it was sent. For a number that reaches V-Trans, only that wording, or “no record”, is read as a miss. A blank reply, a block or a page with neither results table is shown as V-Trans being unavailable, so wait and retry instead of retyping a checked number.
Because the shipment table's Status follows the booking and lags behind the scans. The Current Status line above the tables is the live one, so TrackParcel takes that line, minus the date at its end. Only when the line is missing does it fall back to the table's Status, and then to the newest scan.
Either the chosen status or the latest scan has to read as a delivery, and that latest scan then supplies the delivery date and time. The scan table runs oldest first; TrackParcel turns it round, while rows logged in the same minute or with no time keep the table's own order, the later row on top.
Yes, while the consignment is still moving: the shipment table's Estimated Delivery Date row fills the result's Expected by line. The table's From and To rows carry over to the result card; if they are missing, the first scan's place stands in for From, and the latest scan's for To once the consignment is delivered.
V-Trans (India) Limited describes itself as a single window logistics solution provider, offering PTL, FTL, ODC, express cargo movement, warehousing and 3PL across India and in SAARC countries. Its company page dates the brand to 1958 and describes booking and delivery offices linked through transshipment points in a hub and spoke model.
This page follows consignments booked with V-Trans itself. The same company page names V-Xpress and V-Logis as divisions of V-Trans (India) Ltd., and V-Xpress dockets go through a different tracker with their own TrackParcel page. Choose between them by the company named on the booking, not by the look of the number.
V-Trans's FAQ tells customers to enter the GC No. in the Trace & Track box, and the questions on its Track & Trace page call the same reference the docket number. That page labels its box Tracking ID Number and names two other routes to an update, the mobile application or a call to customer care.
TrackParcel's search bar first turns letters to capitals and, from a 10-digit GC number, removes spaces, hyphens, dots, slashes, surrounding brackets and an AWB or docket label placed before it. With no courier-specific length rule, what is left of any entry, up to 50 letters, digits, hyphens or underscores, goes to the company. Auto-Detect lists V-Trans among several couriers for 10-digit numbers.
Lookups go to the same service the Track & Trace page calls, with the GC number in that page's own field. From the shipment table TrackParcel reads Docket No., From, To, Pickup Date, Estimated Delivery Date and Reference No.; from the scan table, each row's location, details, date and time.
Scan dates are written day first, and times may carry AM or PM. They arrive without a zone, so the timeline repeats the company's clock unchanged and adds no zone label. The status line loses only a trailing date written as on, a day and a month; the text before it is kept.
For a GC number it does not hold, V-Trans answers “Record Not Found”, and TrackParcel lists the lookup as not found. A blank reply, a block or a page with neither the shipment table nor the scan table is shown as V-Trans being unavailable. A first request sometimes meets a server error that clears straight away, so TrackParcel tries a second time by itself.
If whoever booked the consignment confirms the GC number and “Record Not Found” persists, raise it with the customer helpline listed in V-Trans's FAQ. The company's Contact Us page lists its regional and area offices.
V-Trans's FAQ says a complaint can be lodged online through the Service Complaint link on its Help Desk page, where the complaint's status can be followed later. Its Network page finds branches by city, state, region and pincode.
The contact page lists regional offices and has an enquiry form whose service choices are Parcel, Full Truck Load and Part Truck Load. Have the GC number ready whichever route you use.

The card below explains what it means when a lookup finds no record.
None of the company's pages read for this guide lists its status wording, and TrackParcel's code holds no saved reply from its tracker, so no status cards are shown here.
V-Trans's website lists 9870 140 141 for customer care. TrackParcel is not V-Trans and cannot act on a shipment; contact the carrier for redelivery, address changes or claims.
No. V-Trans's company page lists V-Xpress as a division of V-Trans (India) Ltd., but V-Xpress dockets go through a different tracker on their own TrackParcel page. Auto-Detect offers both for 10-digit numbers, so pick the one the booking names.
V-Trans's FAQ points to the Tax Forms link on its Customer Care page, which sets out the documents required for each state it serves. Check that list before booking an interstate consignment, because the paperwork depends on the state.
Its FAQ sends feedback to the Feedback link on the Help Desk page, separate from the Service Complaint link meant for problems. Use the complaint route when something went wrong with a consignment, since its status can be followed there afterwards.
