Tracking Number Format
Pattern: LTN followed by 8 digits; the seller's order reference can also be searched
Format example

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
A local carrier in the destination country, named under Delivery Partner in the tracking result. On the parcels this page was checked against it was Canada Post, Canpar or Hermes. For redelivery, a missed delivery card or collection, contact that carrier and use the partner tracking number shown next to its name.
The parcel has reached a Landmark sorting site where shipments from many sellers are consolidated for the border crossing. It comes after the seller's Processed and Shipment Data Uploaded entries and before the customs entries.
The parcel physically crosses the border. Landmark sends the customs data ahead (Transmitted customs information), so Customs cleared can appear before the truck arrives. Crossing border and in transit to carrier hub is the journey itself, and Received in destination country is the handover point for the local delivery partner.
Not yet as far as Landmark can see. Shipment Data Uploaded and Processed mean the seller has created the label and sent the details. The first physical scan is Scanned at Landmark crossdock facility. On one parcel checked here that scan came four days after the label was created.
The delivery partner tried to deliver, nobody could receive the parcel, and a card was left saying where to collect it. This is the partner's scan, so follow the instructions on the card or use the partner's tracking number to arrange collection or redelivery.
Landmark Global is a cross-border parcel company owned by bpost that moves ecommerce orders between countries, most often from the United States into Canada and Europe. It carries the parcel across the border and through customs, then hands it to a local delivery partner such as Canada Post, Canpar or Hermes for the last leg. Its tracking shows both halves in one list. The Landmark part reads Processed, Shipment Data Uploaded, Scanned at Landmark crossdock facility, Transmitted customs information, Customs cleared, Crossing border and in transit to carrier hub and Received in destination country. The partner's own scans follow, for example Item processed at postal facility, Item in transit and Item successfully delivered. The page also names the delivery partner and gives that partner's tracking number.
Landmark Global tracking begins with the reference printed on the shipment label, booking receipt, or dispatch message. The registered format guidance for this integration is LTN followed by 8 digits; the seller's order reference can also be searched; LTN12345678 is an illustrative example rather than an active parcel. Enter the reference exactly as issued, including letters, leading zeroes, spaces, or punctuation when they form part of the number.
TrackParcel sends the lookup to the public tracking transport associated with Landmark Global and normalises the response into a readable timeline. When the carrier supplies them, the result can include the current shipment state, event timestamps, processing locations, and carrier remarks. The carrier creates and controls those scans; TrackParcel cannot add a missing event or promise when the next scan will appear. A recent successful response may be returned from a short-lived cache to reduce repeat requests.
Landmark Global uses its own shipment references and scan process. The safest source is the dispatch confirmation, label, or receipt issued for that shipment. Similar-looking numeric references can belong to other couriers, so selecting Landmark Global explicitly avoids an ambiguous format match.
If Landmark Global returns no shipment, first compare the reference with the original message and remove accidental surrounding spaces. A newly created label may not be searchable until the first physical scan. Delays between events can also occur while a shipment moves between facilities, crosses a border, clears customs, or waits for a partner-carrier handoff. Try again later, then use the official Landmark Global tracking page linked below when the shipment is urgent or the result remains unavailable.
Guide updated:
Landmark Global may word these differently. The event text in your result is the carrier's own.
Enter your Landmark Global tracking number in the search box above. TrackParcel requests the current status and available events from the carrier's tracking system.
A sample Landmark Global reference is LTN12345678. Registered format guidance is LTN followed by 8 digits; the seller's order reference can also be searched. The exact format can vary by shipment service, so use the value printed on the receipt or shipping confirmation.
Carriers only add scans when a parcel is processed at a facility. A newly booked parcel or a shipment moving between hubs can show no new event for a while.
