XQE is TrackParcel's name for Guangzhou Xingqian Logistics (星前物流), a self-described cross-border e-commerce logistics company. Enter the waybill it issued and pick it by hand, as Auto-Detect never offers it. No login required.

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
TrackParcel has confirmed that XQE (Xingqian Logistics)'s tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
The waybill number (运单号) XQE issued, which the placeholder in its homepage box asks for. XQE publishes no prefix or length for it, so there is no published shape to check it against. If you do not have it, the seller who booked the parcel with XQE can give it to you.
Try the other numbers XQE's tracker can match. Besides XQE's own waybill (运单号), it searches customer references and the last-mile carrier's number, so one of those may bring up the record when the waybill does not. That onward number is the 跟踪号 the tracker can record for a shipment; ask the seller for it.
Because XQE publishes no number format. Its tracker matches the company's waybills, customer references and last-mile carriers' numbers alike, so no number shape can point to it and TrackParcel never offers it there. Choose it from the courier list instead, then enter whichever of those numbers you hold.
Not on TrackParcel. The company's own box takes up to forty numbers, one per line, but TrackParcel looks up one number per search. It strips line breaks and commas, so a pasted list becomes one long string that is either rejected as too long or sent as a single number. Enter each waybill on its own.
Yes, within limits. The company says it collects free of charge within Guangzhou's urban districts, even a single parcel and with no weight limit. It can also send a driver to senders in Foshan, Shunde and Shenzhen, and asks senders in other areas to check with its sales staff first.
Guangzhou Xingqian Logistics describes itself as a professional logistics company focused on cross-border e-commerce, with its headquarters in Guangzhou. Its homepage title names European FBA, FBA by air and by sea, virtual-warehouse lines, a US line and ePacket forwarding.
This page covers only the tracker behind the 包裹查询 box on XQE's homepage, a Hualei TMS install on the company's own erp subdomain. The homepage loads over HTTPS, but the box sends searches to that tracker over plain HTTP, and TrackParcel reads the same tracker.
The homepage box is labelled for the waybill number (运单号) and accepts up to forty at once, one per line. No prefix or length is published, and TrackParcel never offers XQE through Auto-Detect, since the tracker answers for references and onward numbers as well as waybills. Pick it from the courier list before you search.
Because XQE sets no length, the only limit is TrackParcel's own: after spaces, commas, a pasted label such as AWB: and most hyphens are stripped, 6 to 30 characters must remain. A shorter or longer result never reaches XQE's tracker.
TrackParcel queries the tracker that the 包裹查询 box posts to, on XQE's erp subdomain rather than its HTTPS homepage. TrackParcel sends one number per search, reads the tracker's zone-less scan times as China time and shows them converted to IST, and never reads the field naming who signed.
The tracker can also record the last-mile carrier's own number (跟踪号) for a shipment. TrackParcel reads it when it differs from the number you entered, but its result card does not display it, so ask the seller for it if you want to follow the parcel with that carrier.
未查询到轨迹 is the tracker's no-record reply, which TrackParcel reports as not found; a newest scan with 签收 shows as Delivered unless it reports a failure, refusal, return or a sign-for still pending. The company says it ships for e-commerce sellers on Shopify, eBay, Walmart and their own sites, so the seller who booked the parcel is the one to confirm which waybill was issued.
XQE says its international express service works as a direct agent of DHL, FedEx and UPS. Its Xingqian dedicated lines (星前专线) run through the United States, Europe and Australia, and the company says it built them because postal small parcels were too slow and unstable while express was too costly.
The company offers FBA first-leg shipping to the United States, Europe, Japan and Canada, and a small-parcel channel built for cosmetics, liquids and other sensitive goods. Its North America line also accepts many kinds of sensitive products, the company says. Sellers can courier stock to its warehouse, where staff pack, label and dispatch it.
The contact page lists a customer service department reachable by phone, QQ and email, and a separate business department. Its national service line runs Monday to Saturday, 9:30 to 18:30, and is closed on Sunday. The homepage shows a WeChat official-account QR code and a second QR code captioned for business cooperation, complaints and suggestions; have your waybill and any onward number ready.

XQE (Xingqian Logistics)'s own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Yes. TrackParcel lists Guangzhou Xingqian Logistics, which signs its own website 广州星前物流, under the name XQE. This page follows that company's shipments through the tracker that the search box on its homepage uses, and no other system.
The company says it offers cargo transport insurance, launched jointly with 美联保险, for exported goods. The company says the cover comes at a very low premium rate. Ask its business department about cover and terms before you ship, quoting the channel you plan to use.
Its postal and ePacket (E邮宝) small-parcel service, which the company describes as an air-mail option designed for large volumes of small items, low in cost and easy to use for sellers posting light goods.
The company says its web-based iShip software gives outside access for full international parcel tracking and rate calculation, so sellers can build both into their own systems. Ask the business department for access; TrackParcel does not use it and reads only the public tracker.
