ZDSD is TrackParcel's name for ZD Express (洲道速运), a Shenzhen forwarder focused, it says, on China–Russia cross-border logistics. Enter its waybill; Auto-Detect offers it for the ZDL…YQ shape its homepage shows. No login required.

TrackParcel has confirmed that ZDSD (ZD Express)'s tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
The waybill number ZDSD issued, and its homepage shows two example shapes. The placeholder in its homepage box gives an all-digit example, one number per line, and a second example beside the box runs ZDL, two letters, ten digits and YQ. Enter one waybill per search here.
Yes. ZD's homepage shows that shape as an example beside its tracking box, and for it Auto-Detect lists ZDSD first and DHLink beside it at equal odds. No rule offers ZDSD for an all-digit waybill, though the box's own placeholder example is all digits, so pick it from the courier list for one.
ZD's tracker holds no record for that exact string, so first check it against the example shapes shown with ZD's homepage box. One is all digits; the other, beside the box, is ZDL, two letters, ten digits and YQ. The company's box takes one waybill per line, but TrackParcel joins a pasted list into one string, so search a single waybill.
On its Russian Post parcel service it does. After a rail trunk leg from Guangzhou, the company says, Russian post offices clear customs and make the final delivery anywhere in Russia, towns included. TrackParcel reads the company's own tracker for these parcels, not Russian Post's.
Through its own claims process. After the buyer complains, the company wants the complete order, tracking history and proof of value within ten calendar days. For a loss it accepts as its fault it pays twice the freight per kilogram, or the declared value, up to a cap, if insured.
The company behind ZDSD, 深圳市洲道供应链管理有限公司 (洲道速运 for short), says it has concentrated on China–Russia cross-border warehousing and logistics since it was founded. It lists transit warehouses in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Yiwu and an overseas warehouse in Moscow, DMC小迈海外仓.
Land and air are its main China–Russia transport modes, and it says its business also covers Belarus and Kazakhstan. This page reads only the company's own tracker, which its homepage box posts to over plain HTTP, and never Russian Post's.
ZDSD's homepage tracking box asks for the waybill number, one per line (每个单号一行), and its placeholder example is all digits. Under the caption 已支持查询 (Track Supported) beside the box, the site shows a second example built from ZDL, two letters, ten digits and YQ.
TrackParcel capitalises letters and strips a pasted label, brackets, spaces and hyphens, so a ZDL…YQ number copied with spaces still fits that shape. Auto-Detect suggests ZDSD only for the lettered shape; for an all-digit waybill, select it yourself before searching.
TrackParcel queries the tracker that ZDSD's homepage box posts to, which runs on a bare server address separate from zd-express.cn. TrackParcel sends one number per search, reads the tracker's zone-less scan times as China time and shows them converted to IST, and never reads the field naming who signed.
The same server hosts the login (登录) and registration (注册) pages linked from the site. Its results page heads the time column 当地时间 (local time), so a scan made in Russia may be in Russian time and its IST time hours out.
未查询到轨迹 is the tracker's no-record reply, which TrackParcel reports as not found; a newest scan with 签收 shows as Delivered unless it reports a failure, refusal, return or a sign-for still pending. When a ZD waybill keeps returning that reply, the online customer service panel on ZD's pages lists three chat contacts, 客服 1 to 客服 3, each with a link to send a message about the booking. For the Russian Post service, its product page names an outside tracking website as the tracking channel.
ZDSD describes its Russian Post parcel service as an official cooperation with Russian Post. The China leg runs on a Guangzhou rail trunk route; once inside Russia, local post offices handle customs clearance and the last-mile delivery, reaching every city and township. The homepage lists Russian Post among its lines, beside a China–Russia line and its Russian overseas warehouse.
According to the company, the Russian Post service can carry products with batteries, balance scooters, ordinary electronics and cosmetics without alcohol. It warns that Russian customs adds up several parcels sent to one recipient within a short period, and charges duty once the combined value passes the tax-free limit. Duty or seizure caused by under-declaring or hiding goods is the customer's to bear.
The contact page lists the Shenzhen headquarters and branches in Guangzhou and Yiwu, each with a mobile number, and the site's pages carry an online customer service chat. On its Russian Post parcel service, ZD Express pays for a loss it accepts as its fault, and for such a seizure only when the parcel was insured; have the full order, tracking history and proof of value ready.

ZDSD (ZD Express)'s own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Its absolute prohibitions include liquor, all medicines, cash and securities, lighters and matches, and parcels addressed to Russian military bases or prisons. The company says hidden prohibited items lead to refusal and the freight is not refunded.
Yes. The site uses both names, and its homepage title also mentions 洲道国际货运代理有限公司. TrackParcel lists the company as ZDSD (ZD Express); the operating company named on its about page is 深圳市洲道供应链管理有限公司. The Russian Post product page carries the 洲道速递 name in its title.
Up to 30 kg a piece, with no minimum weight. A parcel up to 2 kg may be at most 90 cm on its longest side, and a heavier one 105 cm, which the company calls Russian Post's ordinary parcel limit.
Its product list also includes a China–Russia DL line, China Post registered small parcels, a Russia bulk-cargo line, China–Russia air freight, and Ozon and CDEK postal services. TrackParcel reads only the company's own tracker.
