嘉盛泓供应链（深圳）有限公司 describes itself as a logistics company whose main business is Eastern European lines, sold under the market brand JSH嘉盛泓. It says it mainly carries e-commerce parcels and trade goods to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other Eastern European countries.

The company site and its tracker share the galaxy-ex.com domain, and TrackParcel's listed website for BSH is the tracker page itself. This page reads only that tracker, not CDEK, Russian Post or the other partners JSH says deliver its parcels.

JSH's homepage tracking box asks for the 快递单号 (express number) and sends it to the tracker on galaxy-ex.com. None of JSH's pages states a number format; the shape TrackParcel's Auto-Detect rule expects for BSH is JSHVV, ten digits and YQ, seventeen characters in all.

Pasted spaces, hyphens and a label such as AWB: are removed first, so a JSHVV number copied with spacing still fits the rule. Auto-Detect lists DHLink beside BSH for it, and a BSH number of any other shape must be picked by hand.

TrackParcel queries the same Hualei TMS tracker that JSH's homepage box posts to, on a separate port of the galaxy-ex.com domain. TrackParcel sends one number per search, reads the tracker's zone-less scan times as China time and shows them converted to IST, and never reads the field naming who signed. That server also runs the account sign-in and the price search on JSH's homepage, so its rate checks, account sign-ins and parcel searches all go to one Hualei TMS install.

未查询到轨迹 is the tracker's no-record reply, which TrackParcel reports as not found; a newest scan with 签收 shows as Delivered unless it reports a failure, refusal, return or a sign-for still pending. If a 快递单号 JSH issued still returns no record, ask JSH through the customer service hotline or online chat shown on its homepage. TrackParcel reads only JSH's tracker, never CDEK's or Russian Post's, so their own records are not searched here.

JSH says it is a designated franchisee and agent in China for major Russian express companies, works with them and with Russian Post, and holds agreement accounts. After JSH clears customs, local partners deliver the parcel in Russia. For Belarus and Kazakhstan, JSH says it is a legitimate CDEK franchisee whose branches there carry the parcel on and deliver it.

JSH's Russia and Belarus page also lists four postal lines: China Post small packets, Harbin small packets, Xinjiang small packets and Xinjiang EUB. It describes them as quick to show online, steady in transit time and well priced, and points to its homepage menu for the Ukraine and Kazakhstan lines.

JSH's homepage shows a customer service hotline and online chat buttons for business enquiries, and its company page lists a sales department landline, a manager's mobile and an email address. Ask JSH, not TrackParcel, to intercept a parcel or change the recipient's details, and have the waybill ready.
