Track an AIT Worldwide Logistics shipment on FasTrak with its tracking number, no account needed. In TrackParcel each event carries its plain-language explanation underneath, from ORDER INFO SENT TO AIT onwards. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of AIT Worldwide Logistics. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official AIT Worldwide Logistics website.

Tracking Number Format
Pattern: The tracking number for the shipment, as FasTrak's search asks for it
Format example

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
A tracking number: the forwarder says that is all its tracker needs, with no account setup. FasTrak's search box, marked Track my shipment, prompts for a tracking number, and TrackParcel sends the cleaned-up number to that same search with no shape check, but eight-digit numbers do not bring AIT up in Auto-Detect, so choose it in the courier list yourself.
“No AIT Worldwide tracking data found for” and your number. For a number it sends, TrackParcel says so when the result reads tracking not found or no shipment found, or when the reply itself is a not-found response. A result with no readable events gets “No AIT Worldwide tracking events found for” instead.
Its tracking comes with a plain-language explanation for each status, and TrackParcel shows it as a note under the event. TrackParcel never reads that note as a delivery, because it can describe a future delivery on an event that is not one. Delivered comes only from the event label or the proof-of-delivery status group.
AIT has received the shipment details from the shipper. It does not yet mean AIT has the freight. Movement starts with Cargo picked up. A shipment starts when AIT receives the order information by upload or manually, so this is usually the oldest event in the history.
That status covers the whole time the freight is moving through AIT's network, which can include air or road legs with no intermediate scans. The next milestone is arrival at the destination terminal, which FasTrak reports as Arrived at sorting facility before the freight is unloaded.
AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. presents itself as a global freight forwarder and says it has been in business for more than 45 years, with its global headquarters in Chicago. Its site lists sea, air, ground and rail freight among its services, and it says customers get solutions for sea, air and ground freight through its global network of providers and partners.
This guide covers FasTrak, the tracker it offers without an account. The MyAIT customer portal is a separate service, and TrackParcel does not read it.
The forwarder describes FasTrak as basic shipment information with no account setup, needing only a tracking number. Its search box, marked Track my shipment, prompts for a tracking number; the Tracking or Order Number in its delivery scheduling form is a read-only field, not one you type into. Quotes, claims and billing sit in the MyAIT customer portal instead, which needs login credentials.
FasTrak gets the number from TrackParcel with no shape check. For an ordinary number, that is what is left once letters are put in capitals and spaces and separators are removed, at most 50 letters and digits, while the BT or BTS and DPD UK shapes keep their separator. Eight-digit numbers get no AIT suggestion from Auto-Detect; select AIT Worldwide Logistics in the courier list.
TrackParcel reads FasTrak's result page. Each event shows its date, time, place and label, with the plain-language explanation underneath, newest first. Proof-of-delivery and destination events with no place of their own take the Delivery To location, and the result's To field uses that line too.
A shipment starts when AIT receives the order information by upload or manually, then moves through pickup dispatch, cargo picked up, at origin terminal, departed from origin and shipment in transit. Times keep the clock FasTrak lists; no zone is attached and nothing is converted to IST. Neither a weight nor an expected delivery date is read.
A miss is decided by the FasTrak result itself: only a not-found marker on the page makes TrackParcel report the number as not found and repeat it, even when it arrives with a missing-page status. A result with no readable events counts as not found as well, while a server error, a refusal or a missing-page status without that marker is shown as the carrier being unavailable, not as a wrong number. For anything FasTrak does not show, the forwarder points you to the local office or its Live Chat.
Claims and billing go through the MyAIT customer portal, for which you request login credentials. Without an account, the forwarder offers residential and non-residential shipping inquiry forms and Residential Shipment Support. To schedule a delivery on FasTrak, have the delivery zip code and an email address or phone number ready, which its scheduling form asks for.

No. Scheduling happens on the tracker's own form, which shows the tracking or order number in a read-only field and asks for an email address or phone number and the delivery zip code. FasTrak can also send an email alert when the shipment is ready to be scheduled.
No. The forwarder describes FasTrak as basic shipment information without an account, and MyAIT as its online customer portal for quotes, claims, tracking, billing and more, with login credentials given on request. TrackParcel reads only FasTrak, so account detail stays in MyAIT.
No. An explanation can mention a planned delivery date on an event that is not a delivery. TrackParcel shows such notes as written but decides Delivered only from the event label or the proof-of-delivery status group, so check the newest event's label.
