Marken Tracking. Free & Online.

Marken describes itself as UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics and names UPS Healthcare as its parent company. It says it supports pharmaceutical and biotech companies from manufacturing to medicine, moving material at all temperature ranges to investigator sites, depots and directly to homes.

TrackParcel looks only at Marken's open Track Shipment page, which returns one job's milestones for a Tracking ID or job number. Marken's technology page lists separate client platforms with their own logins, such as Maestro for initiating and monitoring shipments and MxWeb for urgent, high-value ones; TrackParcel reads none of them.

Marken's Track Shipment page has one box, labelled Tracking ID / Job Number, with no set format. Job numbers in TrackParcel's records are seven-digit runs issued in sequence, so check every digit.

The search box drops spaces, brackets and a pasted Tracking ID label, but a Job or Job No. label stays and is sent with the digits, so enter the number alone. TrackParcel then needs 4 to 20 letters and digits: a shorter run, or a longer one of up to 50, is reported as not found without contacting Marken. Auto-Detect tries a seven-digit number on other carriers before suggesting Marken, and names Marken at once only for a 12-character reference holding a single letter.

TrackParcel reads the result of Marken's own Track Shipment form. Each milestone carries a name, a one-line remark such as “Order was received in the system.” and, once it has happened, a stamp. TrackParcel keeps only the dated milestones, sorts them newest first and leaves the location blank on each.

From the facts list under the milestones it shows origin and destination as city, region and country, dropping postcodes, plus the weight as printed. It does not read the pieces count or the banner's text. A remark is cut at “signed by”, so a signer named after those words is not shown.

For an unknown ID Marken returns a normal page whose tracking section holds only that sentence and no milestones. Once a number has gone to Marken, that sentence is the one reply TrackParcel turns into not found. A page without the tracking section shows Marken as temporarily unavailable, and a section with neither milestones nor the sentence counts as an error.

Recheck the ID against the booking first. If it still fails, the company that booked the job can confirm the number with Marken.

Marken's contact page says its experts and customer service specialists are available around the clock, globally, and lists a US phone line. Its form asks you to describe your business need, with an account number if you have one. Keep the Tracking ID or job number ready, since TrackParcel only reads the Track Shipment page and cannot change a job.
