IndiGo CarGo air cargo is tracked on IndiGo's Track Air Waybill page by the air waybill: the prefix 312 and an 8-digit serial. Each row names the station by airport code and the flight. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of IndiGo CarGo. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official IndiGo CarGo website.

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
The first three digits, 312 for IndiGo CarGo, go in Prefix and the eight-digit serial in AWB No's. On TrackParcel you type all eleven digits in one box, dash or not. Auto-Detect also checks the last serial digit: it must equal the remainder when the first seven serial digits are divided by seven.
IndiGo holds nothing under the prefix and serial you entered. Its page shows that red line above the Track Air Waybill heading and prints no booking or flight tables, and TrackParcel reports not found. A page served normally but without the tables or that line, a request IndiGo blocks, a missing page or a server error counts as IndiGo CarGo being unavailable instead.
The flight changed after booking in the real delivered reply TrackParcel's tests replay. Booked and Accepted named one IndiGo flight, and Manifested and every later row another. TrackParcel shows each row's flight number as its remark, so such a change stays visible on the timeline.
A second delivery row, listed straight after Delivered with the same stamp, to the second, in the real reply. TrackParcel keeps IndiGo's order only for rows carrying an identical stamp, so Delivered Saved appears as the newest event. Both wordings count as delivered, and the result takes its delivery date and time from that newest row.
No, TrackParcel never reads the Delivery Orders table on IndiGo's page. That table has a DO number, a house waybill column and an Issued To column. From the two event tables TrackParcel keeps the station, milestone, flight and event time, plus the weight printed on the first Status History row.
IndiGo runs the Track Air Waybill page on its 6ecargo.goindigo.in cargo site, the tracker TrackParcel reads. For the delivered air waybill in TrackParcel's saved capture, the page showed a route strip, a booking and acceptance table, a Status History of flight milestones and a Delivery Orders table. This page covers air waybills under IndiGo's prefix 312, not Air India's 098 ones.
In the real delivered reply that TrackParcel's tests replay, the consignment went from DEL to MAA, Delhi to Chennai, on IndiGo flights numbered 6E. Booking and acceptance came first at Delhi; the Delivered row was logged at Chennai.
IndiGo's Track Air Waybill page takes the number in two boxes, Prefix and AWB No's, and accepts up to 10 serials separated by commas. IndiGo CarGo air waybills carry the airline prefix 312. Auto-Detect lists IndiGo CarGo first for a 312 number whose check digit holds. When it fails, IndiGo comes lower down, or is offered only after every Auto-Detect try misses.
Pasted into TrackParcel, an air waybill loses an AWB: label or brackets round it, and every space, dash, dot, comma or slash, though a bracketed number after the label leaves nothing to look up. Its IndiGo CarGo lookup then needs exactly eleven digits; two air waybills joined by a comma fail together. Any eleven digits are sent with the first three as the prefix, even when it is not 312.
IndiGo's page prints Booking and Acceptance Information, then a Status History whose rows give station, milestone, pieces, weight, flight, flight date, origin, destination, ULD and event date-time. TrackParcel merges both tables into one timeline, newest first, with each row's flight as its remark, and takes origin and destination from the airport pair beside the air waybill, such as DEL and MAA.
IndiGo prints event times with no zone. TrackParcel reads every timed row as India time and shows it labelled IST; its code notes that only Indian stations have been seen, so the clock at a station abroad is unconfirmed.
That red label, with no tables under it, was IndiGo's reply in TrackParcel's saved capture for an invented air waybill. Once a number has gone to IndiGo, only that label on a page without tables counts as not found. Any other page IndiGo serves normally but without tables, a blocked request, a missing page or a server error shows as IndiGo CarGo being temporarily unavailable, or as a saved copy.
Check the prefix and all eight serial digits against the air waybill before asking anyone. If the label stays, the shipper who booked the consignment can confirm the number.
IndiGo's Track Air Waybill page lists no phone, email or office, and closes with a Powered By line carrying the SmartKargo logo. TrackParcel cannot open a query with the airline, so raise it through the shipper or agent who booked the consignment. Have the full air waybill and the flight number from the newest row ready.

IndiGo CarGo's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
On IndiGo's own page, yes: its note says up to 10 AWB numbers can be entered, separated by commas, beside a single Prefix box. TrackParcel takes one air waybill per search, and a comma between two only joins them into one string that fails the eleven-digit rule.
Pieces and weight. In the real delivered reply the route strip printed them at each station, airport code over city name, and the tables repeated the figures in their Pcs and Weight columns. TrackParcel shows the weight only, from the first Status History row.
No. TrackParcel treats Air India cargo as a separate carrier, whose air waybills start 098 rather than 312. Auto-Detect applies the same check digit to both and lists Air India first for a valid 098 number.
