Nippon Express brands itself today as NX Group, formerly Nippon Express Group, and its about page dates the group to 1937 and lists 56 countries and regions. Its services cover air, ocean, ground and multimodal freight, warehousing and trade brokerage, so this page is about freight references rather than parcel labels.

TrackParcel reads the public e-NX Visibility tracker that NX links as its freight tracking. It does not search the other e-NX categories or sign in to the member area.

e-NX Visibility asks you to pick a category first: House Air Waybill, or B/L, Purchase Order, Commercial Invoice, Customer Reference, Express Sub, Container or Delivery Slip. TrackParcel always uses the first, so enter the house air waybill or bill of lading number from your shipping documents.

TrackParcel's search box drops a pasted label, spaces and most separators, and only a result of 3 to 40 characters is sent to e-NX. A shorter one, or one of 41 to 50, is answered as not found without contacting NX, and anything longer is refused as invalid. Auto-Detect offers Nippon Express for NEU plus eight digits, together with Worldwide Express, whose bill of lading rule covers the same shape.

TrackParcel opens the public e-NX search page, then submits the number with the House Air Waybill, or B/L category. It is set up to read only dated table rows, with a date, status, location and remarks, and never the member-login form or any shipper or consignee details.

No found NX shipment has been read through TrackParcel yet, so how e-NX lays out a real result, and how TrackParcel shows it, is unproven. A remark that only promises delivery never marks the shipment delivered.

For a number it cannot match, e-NX re-shows the search form with Please check the data you have entered, then It does not exist in the system. For a number it sends to e-NX, TrackParcel reports not found only when that wording is in the form's message line.

A lost session, which brings back the blank form, or an error page is reported as e-NX being unavailable instead, and a slow reply as a lookup to retry. If e-NX itself finds nothing under House Air Waybill, or B/L, ask the shipper or forwarder which category and reference to use.

NX's Contact Our Experts page sends you to a contact form by category, with Track your shipment pointing back to e-NX Visibility. Its other categories cover moving services, careers and a consultation with NX's logistics experts. It warns that some inquiries may get no response and that sales or promotional ones get no reply. When you write about a shipment, quote its house air waybill or B/L.
