Track a Correos de Cuba parcel or certified item by its código: two letters, nine digits and two letters. The tracker searches one year at a time, so TrackParcel tries this year first and then last year. No login required.

Tracking Number Format
Pattern: Two letters, nine digits and two letters, as Correos de Cuba's FAQ describes the código

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
TrackParcel has confirmed that Correos de Cuba's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
Its código: two letters at the start, nine digits and two letters at the end. The FAQ gives that shape for parcels and certified mail alike, while a ten-digit DHL or courier number is never forwarded here by TrackParcel. Auto-Detect suggests Correos de Cuba for códigos ending in CU.
No item with that código turned up in the year searched. The tracker's Año box starts at the current year, so TrackParcel asks for this year in Havana and then the one before, declaring the item not found when both answers are empty.
TrackParcel shows Delivered once the progress bar reaches Entregado, unless the latest step's wording rules it out, or when that step itself says delivered. At that stage, wording TrackParcel reads as a return, a refusal, a failed attempt, a delivery yet to come or out for delivery holds it back: devuelto, rehusado, intento de entrega and en entrega, for example. The status then shows that step's own words, or Out for Delivery.
Each step comes with a date, the year and a clock time but no zone. TrackParcel takes the clock as Havana time (America/Havana) and converts it to India Standard Time, marked IST; in late March a 22:50 step therefore reads 08:20 am IST on the following day.
Correos de Cuba, which calls itself Grupo Empresarial Correos de Cuba on its social media, runs the Rastreador de envíos on correos.cu, the page TrackParcel reads. The same site has separate searches for telegrams, national and international giros (money orders) and complaints (Rastreador de quejas), none of them covered here. Its FAQ says ten-digit numbers belong to DHL or courier shipments, and that ordinary mail carries no code at all.
Correos de Cuba's FAQ gives two letters at the start, nine digits and two letters at the end. Ordinary correspondence, it adds, has no code, is not registered in any system and cannot be traced before it arrives.
TrackParcel first removes spaces, hyphens and brackets typed around the código. Correos de Cuba is then asked only about a 13-character código of that shape, whatever its last two letters; a ten-digit DHL or courier number, or any other entry, is rejected without a lookup. With an ending other than CU, pick Correos de Cuba from the list yourself.
The page asks for the código de seguimiento and a year in its Año box, then shows a progress bar with four stages: Recepción, En camino, En entrega and Entregado. According to the page's own script, each step carries a date with the year, a time, a Spanish description, the office where it happened (En) and the office it was sent to (Hacia).
TrackParcel keeps each step's Spanish wording and office, adds Hacia and the onward office as a note, and shows the origin and destination countries when the reply spells them out. Steps run newest first; the weight is never read.
For a código it has no record of in the year asked, the tracker sends back an empty list and the page prints that sentence, then the year. TrackParcel tries the current year and the previous one, and two empty answers make it call the item not found.
An empty list that comes with error text is shown as the tracker being unavailable, never as a missing item. If a código keeps failing, check it letter by letter and ask the sender which year the item was posted.
Correos de Cuba says an international item belongs to its sender until it is delivered, so a claim must be made by the sender in the country of origin. The post can trace an item and say where it is only once it is in Cuba.
For information, the FAQ points to a customer service phone line it describes as open 24 hours a day, an email address and its social media accounts. Complaints go to the Oficinas de Atención al Cliente, whose numbers and addresses sit under Puede contactarnos on its site. Have the 13-character código and the year ready.

On receipt the addressee pays Correos de Cuba in Cuban pesos for the postal service and the customs service, at rates approved by the MFP and published on its site. The FAQ says the first 3 kg of an item of up to 20 kg are exempt from customs duty.
A CDD is a Centro de Distribución Domiciliaria, a home-delivery centre; in Havana these are grouped by municipality. A CCP is a Centro de Clasificación Postal, located in the provinces, where an item is received and sorted before going on to the final post office.
The FAQ explains that items do not come back into Correos de Cuba's system until the Aduana Postal releases them for sorting and dispatch. Under Canal Rojo, customs opens the item for inspection in the addressee's presence.
