Pattern: 11-digit consignment number, or the NVE/SSCC barcode number from the pallet label

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
That is how the public shipment pointer works. It reports the latest status, its date and the branch handling the goods. The full scan history is only available to the shipper's account in Dachser eLogistics, so ask the sender if you need earlier steps or proof of delivery.
The consignment has been loaded and has left the branch named under Via, either on a line-haul truck to another Dachser branch or on the local delivery vehicle. The next status is normally Delivered, or a new line from the receiving branch.
No. The order has been registered with Dachser, which is why the consignment number, order date and weight appear, but no branch has scanned the goods yet. This is normal on the day of booking and until the first collection or terminal scan. If it stays that way for several working days, ask the sender whether the goods were actually handed over.
An order or purchase order number can belong to more than one consignment, and Dachser then lists all of them with their dates. Use the consignment number or the NVE/SSCC from the delivery paperwork or pallet label instead, because each of those identifies a single shipment.
The transport order was withdrawn before delivery, usually by the sender. The goods are not on their way under that consignment number. If you are still expecting the delivery, ask the sender whether it was rebooked under a new number.
Dachser is a German logistics group best known for palletised road freight across Europe, alongside air and sea forwarding. Its public tracker, called shipment pointer, shows the current status of a consignment and nothing earlier: one status line with its date and time, the Dachser branch handling the goods at that moment (shown as Via), the transport type, the order date and the weight. There is no list of past scans. Statuses seen on live consignments include Outbound, when the goods have left a branch on a vehicle, Delivered, and Information: Order Cancelled. A consignment that has been registered but not yet handled shows No status available. Dachser accepts the consignment number, the 18-digit NVE/SSCC barcode on the pallet label, or a reference such as an order or delivery note number.
Dachser tracking begins with the reference printed on the shipment label, booking receipt, or dispatch message. The registered format guidance for this integration is 11-digit consignment number, or the NVE/SSCC barcode number from the pallet label; 01234567890 is an illustrative example rather than an active parcel. Enter the reference exactly as issued, including letters, leading zeroes, spaces, or punctuation when they form part of the number.
TrackParcel sends the lookup to the public tracking transport associated with Dachser and normalises the response into a readable timeline. When the carrier supplies them, the result can include the current shipment state, event timestamps, processing locations, and carrier remarks. The carrier creates and controls those scans; TrackParcel cannot add a missing event or promise when the next scan will appear. A recent successful response may be returned from a short-lived cache to reduce repeat requests.
Dachser uses its own shipment references and scan process. The safest source is the dispatch confirmation, label, or receipt issued for that shipment. Similar-looking numeric references can belong to other couriers, so selecting Dachser explicitly avoids an ambiguous format match.
If Dachser returns no shipment, first compare the reference with the original message and remove accidental surrounding spaces. A newly created label may not be searchable until the first physical scan. Delays between events can also occur while a shipment moves between facilities, crosses a border, clears customs, or waits for a partner-carrier handoff. Try again later, then use the official Dachser tracking page linked below when the shipment is urgent or the result remains unavailable.
Guide updated:
Dachser may word these differently. The event text in your result is the carrier's own.
Enter your Dachser tracking number in the search box above. TrackParcel requests the current status and available events from the carrier's tracking system.
A sample Dachser reference is 01234567890. Registered format guidance is 11-digit consignment number, or the NVE/SSCC barcode number from the pallet label. The exact format can vary by shipment service, so use the value printed on the receipt or shipping confirmation.
Carriers only add scans when a parcel is processed at a facility. A newly booked parcel or a shipment moving between hubs can show no new event for a while.
