Track a Hermes Germany parcel with its 14 to 20 character tracking number. Hermes Germany GmbH runs the Sendungsverfolgung on myhermes.de, whose history rows give a description and a time but never a place. No login required.

TrackParcel has confirmed that Hermes Germany's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
A tracking number of 14 to 20 letters and digits, the rule Hermes's search form states when an entry is wrong. TrackParcel strips a pasted label and the spaces or hyphens inside an H number, then sends Hermes only a number that fits; any other is refused without asking Hermes.
Hermes holds no parcel under that well-formed number: its search sends an empty reply, its page shows that sentence, and TrackParcel reports not found. A number the search refuses outright gets “Barcode is not valid”, also reported as not found.
Abholbereit seit marks a parcel waiting for you at a PaketShop or Hermes Box. While Hermes marks it ready for collection, TrackParcel does not show Delivered; it switches once Hermes records the pickup as Abgeholt am. A national parcel waits 7 working days in a PaketShop.
Hermes's tracking page prints each row without a location, so TrackParcel has none to show. Each timed row keeps Hermes's description and timestamp, read as German time unless the stamp carries its own offset, and the timeline converts it to IST with the label IST.
Enter one parcel's own tracking number instead. For a receipt or reference covering several parcels, Hermes answers with a list; TrackParcel keeps only the parcel matching your entry and otherwise reports not found, asking for one parcel's number.
Hermes Germany GmbH, named in the footer of myhermes.de, runs the Hermes parcel service whose Sendungsverfolgung this page reads, for Hermes Päckchen and Pakete. Furniture and other bulky goods brought by Hermes Einrichtungs-Service have a separate TrackParcel page.
Hermes's help pages warn that an electronic announcement of a parcel does not mean the sender has handed it over. Once it is handed over, its status can take up to 5 hours to appear, and it will not change at every move, because not every transport step is listed.
Hermes's search form answers a wrong entry with its own rule: a tracking number must be between 14 and 20 characters long, letters and digits. Before anything reaches Hermes, TrackParcel's search box clears a pasted label such as AWB:, enclosing brackets, and any spaces, hyphens, dots or slashes typed inside an H number, and upper-cases the letters. Hermes is then asked only about 14 to 20 letters A to Z and digits.
Hermes's own tracking box asks for a Sendungs- oder Quittungsnummer, the parcel or receipt number. Auto-Detect offers Hermes Germany only for H followed by 15 to 19 digits; pick it by hand for any other shape, all-digit numbers included. Two numbers pasted with a comma between them merge into one over-long string, which is refused.
TrackParcel reads the shipment search behind Hermes's Sendungsverfolgung, the one its own page uses, and asks for the English wording. Each history row gives a description and a timestamp, listed newest first, as the page takes its last entry as current. A stamp keeps its own offset, one without an offset counts as German time, and the timeline shows it in IST.
Rows for a completed return carry no clock on Hermes's page, so TrackParcel shows only their German calendar date. It never reads the address block, with recipient and neighbour names, street and drop-off spot, nor the sender's name and logo.
That is Hermes's text for a well-formed number it holds nothing under; its search returns an empty reply, and TrackParcel reports not found. A number the search will not take at all comes back as “Barcode is not valid”, also reported as not found. A maintenance page in place of the tracking data makes TrackParcel report Hermes Germany as temporarily unavailable.
Hermes says its Bote tries a national parcel on three consecutive working days and leaves a Benachrichtigungskarte or sends an email when nobody is in. For a parcel sent abroad, the number of attempts depends on the destination country. A national parcel delivered or redirected to a PaketShop is kept there 7 working days from the day it arrives, with no extension, and then goes back to the sender.
Hermes's customer service runs the trace and the loss claim. Its help page says a Sendungsrecherche can be opened through its contact form from five working days after sending. A trace without result, after 20 days for a national parcel or 30 for an international one, leads to a digital loss form sent by email. Have the Abgabequittung, as a photo or scan, and proof of the parcel's value ready.

Hermes Germany's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
These are the labels Hermes's tracking page prints for its own delivery and collection flags. The history rows themselves keep the English wording Hermes sends for each scan.
No. Hermes says its Boten deliver Monday to Saturday between 8:00 and 20:00 and that, for logistical reasons, it cannot narrow the time further or announce a delivery by phone. After a missed attempt you get a Benachrichtigungskarte or an email.
A valid identity document, such as an EU, EEA or Swiss identity card or a German residence permit; a driving licence or health insurance card is not accepted. Someone else can collect with Hermes's one-off Vollmacht form and their own ID, though not every online sender accepts a Vollmacht.
No. TrackParcel never makes the postcode-gated address request, the Hermes Box request or the TAN steps, so it shows no address, neighbour or sender name. A TAN-gesicherte parcel needs the four-digit TAN Hermes emails you, entered in the courier's scanner at handover.

Track shipments from India Post, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ekart/Flipkart, Shadowfax and more from a single search bar.
