Which Hellmann numbers can I paste into TrackParcel?
Any of the four kinds Track & Trace accepts. That means a shipment number for any transport mode, an NVE package number for road loads, an air waybill or a sea bill of lading. Auto-Detect lists Hellmann just for the letter S followed by 10 digits, so pick Hellmann from the list for the rest.
What happens when Hellmann has no record of a number?
The search redirects to its no-result page instead of a details page. TrackParcel then reports the number as not found without asking for any shipment data. Check that it is a shipment, NVE, AWB or BL number. If the site serves a maintenance or block page instead, the lookup ends as unavailable.
What does We’re delivering your shipment mean on Hellmann tracking?
It is the road milestone for the last stretch to the consignee. While it is the latest milestone, TrackParcel's status reads Out for Delivery, unless the shipment is in clarification, closed or returned. If the shortage box warns that the shipment will be delivered partly, that note appears beside the milestone.
Why does a delivered Hellmann load say partly delivered?
The road page shows a shortage box when packages are missing or late. TrackParcel then uses that box's title, such as The shipment has been partly delivered or Late delivery of some packages, in place of Delivered, and any follow-up date becomes the expected delivery.
Which expected delivery date appears for Hellmann road freight?
TrackParcel follows the road page's own order: an arranged delivery date first, then a fixed date, then the predicted arrival date. While Hellmann says it will call ahead to arrange delivery, no expected date is shown at all; TrackParcel leaves that field empty instead of guessing.
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Tracking – Complete Guide
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics SE & Co. KG, registered in Osnabrueck, Germany, is named in its legal notice as the provider of the Hellmann websites. The company says its network spans 489 offices in 173 countries, and its public Track & Trace accepts four kinds of number.
This page reads that public view only. The Hellmann Portal, which the Track & Trace page offers for full visibility behind a login, is not used, and neither is the fuller road view that asks for a postcode.
Shipment, NVE, AWB and BL numbers on Track & Trace
Track & Trace lists its search parameters as the Shipment Number for all transport types, the Package / NVE Number for road, the AWB Number for airfreight and the BL Number for seafreight. TrackParcel passes any of them to that same search. Its own search box first strips spaces, hyphens and a pasted label such as AWB:.
Of the numbers that reach the Hellmann lookup, only strings of 6 to 35 characters are sent on. Shorter or longer ones stop at TrackParcel with a not-found answer, and Hellmann is never asked.
Road milestones and air and sea statuses
The search sends each number to a road or an air and sea details page, and TrackParcel follows it. Road freight shows up to six milestones in the public wording, with the pickup and regional arrival places as city and country; Direct Load shipments skip the two depot steps. Air and sea shipments list each named status once, with its place, once it has an actual date.
Road stamps lacking an offset count as German time and air and sea stamps lacking one as UTC, while stamps that carry an offset keep it. The result converts every time to IST, marked IST. Consignee and consignor details and references, delivery documents, photos and the GPS delivery spot are never read.
When the search lands on Hellmann's no-result page
An unknown number makes the search jump to a no-result page that holds no shipment details, and TrackParcel turns that jump into a not-found answer. A generic 404 reply after a match is reported as an error, never as not found, while maintenance or block pages count as unavailable.
After a not-found answer, confirm you used a shipment, NVE, AWB or BL number and not your own order reference. The sender, or the Hellmann office handling the load, can then confirm it.
Finding the right Hellmann office
The Contact page points to an Office Finder for your local Hellmann office and contact persons; ask that office for proof of delivery or about a claim. Before a claim, note that the legal notice puts its work under ADSp 2017, or the Logistik-AGB for other logistics services. Have the shipment number and any NVE, AWB or BL number ready.

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics FAQ
Are Hellmann road times shown in German time?
A road stamp with no offset is taken as German time, and an air or sea stamp with none as UTC. An offset written in the stamp is kept. Each time then appears converted to IST, marked IST.
Will a Hellmann delivery photo or POD appear on TrackParcel?
No. The tracking data can include delivery documents, delivery photos and a GPS delivery location, none of which TrackParcel reads, and the consignee and consignor details stay out too. The postcode-gated road view is never requested either, so ask your Hellmann office for proof of delivery.
Which terms does Hellmann ship under?
Its legal notice says it works exclusively under ADSp 2017, the German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions, or the Logistik-AGB for other logistics services. It notes that clause 23 of ADSp 2017 departs from the statutory liability limitation, so read those terms before a claim.
