Cargowale, a Delhi multi-courier shipping platform for Indian ecommerce sellers, is tracked by the number its Track Your Order page asks for. Its replayed scans used short codes such as LEFT_ORIGIN and REACH_DESTINATION. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of Cargowale. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official Cargowale website.

Tracking Number Format
Pattern: Cargowale tracking number
Format example
975319753
Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
The shipment's tracking number, typed into the Enter Tracking No. box under Track Your Order. TrackParcel capitalises it and, for a nine- or 14-digit number, drops spaces, hyphens and slashes. Auto-Detect offers Cargowale only for nine- and 14-digit numbers, so for any other shape select the platform from the courier list yourself.
It is how Cargowale's site refuses an ID outside its format: 3 to 64 letters, digits, hyphens or underscores. TrackParcel holds the cleaned entry to the same rule, so anything under three characters is reported as not found without a request. If the platform itself answers with that wording, the result is not found as well.
In the replayed shipments, LEFT_ORIGIN was the dispatch from the booking hub and REACH_DESTINATION the arrival at the hub serving the delivery address. OFD is the code for out for delivery. Read the hub beside each code, written City_Area_H with the state in brackets, to see how far the shipment has come.
Because the platform sent an error that says nothing about the number, such as the provider error “Tracking provider returned an invalid response.” When TrackParcel recorded that error, it came back for every ID tried, a three-letter one included. No known real number was at hand to tell it apart from a miss, so TrackParcel keeps treating it as an outage.
Cargowale presents itself as one shipping workspace for online sellers, bringing multi-courier booking, tracking, cash on delivery, NDR handling, store links and API tools together. Its tracking page shows Blue Dart, Delhivery, DP World, Ekart, Gati, Trackon and XpressBees among the couriers under the heading Our delivery partners.
This page reads the platform's own tracker, not a partner courier's. In the replayed shipments behind this guide, Cargowale's scans read like an operations log: short status codes, and hub names in a City_Area_H pattern with the state in brackets.
Cargowale's tracking page asks for the number in its Enter Tracking No. box under the heading Track Your Order. The site's own script trims and capitalises the entry, then refuses anything except 3 to 64 letters, digits, hyphens or underscores starting with a letter or digit, with “Enter a valid tracking ID.”
TrackParcel capitalises the entry and drops brackets around the whole entry, an AWB or docket label, spaces, dots, commas and slashes. Hyphens and underscores go too, except after an opening BT or BTS ahead of six or more digits, or before a five-digit suffix on 10 to 14 digits. Then 3 to 50 letters, digits, hyphens or underscores are sent, a shorter entry stops as not found, and a plus sign or ampersand left in is refused as an invalid number.
TrackParcel queries the service behind Cargowale's tracking page and keeps only scan fields: status, status details, location, scan time and remarks, plus pickup, delivered and promised or estimated dates. When a scan carries a code and a longer detail, the longer text becomes the event. Separate name, phone and address fields for the consignee or consignor are not read if the provider sends them.
A scan time with no zone is Cargowale's own IST clock, so the timeline repeats it unlabelled. One carrying Z or an offset such as +05:30 is turned into India time and marked IST. Returned to Origin replaces the status only when the newest scan reports the return as finished, and a failed attempt can never count as a delivery.
Only two answers make TrackParcel report a Cargowale number as not found: the format refusal, “Enter a valid tracking ID.”, and a reply in the platform's own format whose message says not found or no tracking. The provider error (HTTP 502), other server errors and 404 HTML pages count as Cargowale being unavailable instead, which is worth retrying later.
No saved reply shows what the platform says about a well-formed number it does not know. If a number keeps failing, ask the seller who shipped the order to confirm it, because Cargowale's booking and tracking tools belong to the seller's account.
Cargowale's NDR page explains a Non-Delivery Report as the moment a courier tried to hand over the package and could not, for reasons such as nobody home, a wrong address, a phone switched off or the buyer refusing. Its tools let the seller see the reason, call or message the buyer and plan a new delivery try. RTO, Return to Origin, is the later step, when the package is coming back to the seller.
Cargowale's contact page offers Customer Support for shipment help and account issues, and General Enquiries for shipment queries, pricing and onboarding. Its form includes a Shipment Details field, and the Delhi head office works Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST. After a failed delivery, go through the seller, because the NDR tools for rescheduling or fixing an address sit in the seller's account.

Cargowale's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Not from the separate name, phone and address fields. TrackParcel reads only the scan fields of Cargowale's answer and leaves out any consignee or consignor name, phone number or address the provider adds. Remarks, status details and locations are copied as written, though, so text Cargowale puts in them can still appear.
Not by itself. In the replayed scans, Pending usually meant the shipment was waiting at a hub for the next vehicle or for a delivery attempt, and one code could repeat several times in a row when a load was re-scanned at the same hub.
One of the platform's partners: its tracking page lists Blue Dart, Delhivery, DP World, Ekart, Gati, Trackon and XpressBees among its delivery partners, and its about page says it helps sellers pick the right courier. The seller who booked the shipment knows which one was chosen.
