Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
None of the KEX pages cited here fixes a length. The tracking form's example has nine digits, and the numbers recorded for this integration had 8 and 10. TrackParcel passes on all-digit numbers of 8 to 15 digits; Auto-Detect does not suggest KEX for them, so pick KEX Express Hong Kong by hand.
Nothing is on file for that number yet, and TrackParcel shows the search as not found. The reply itself asks you to confirm the tracking number with the shipper, so compare it digit by digit with what the shipper sent before searching again.
Because KEX publishes only a date and a half-day marker for each event. TrackParcel shows the date, puts AM or PM in a note under the event, and neither invents a clock time nor converts anything to IST. The Delivered on line likewise gives a date alone.
No. That event's second sentence says the package is not yet received by Kerry Express: the shipper has sent the order details only. In a real delivered history, the event after Order received was Package is collected from sender by carrier, which is the one that marks collection.
Not yet. The only real delivered history on record shows Delivery In Progress just before Package delivered, both marked AM on one date. TrackParcel keeps that wording instead of calling it Out for Delivery, and turns the badge green only once Package delivered is the newest event.
KEX Express (Hong Kong) Limited says it was previously named TGX and belongs to Kerry Logistics Network, and that it collects and delivers across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Some messages on its tracker still carry the name Kerry Express.
This page reads the English version of KEX's Hong Kong Track & Trace page. TrackParcel lists this company as KEX Express Hong Kong, because the name KEX Express also belongs to KEX Express (Thailand), the former Kerry Express Thailand.
On Track & Trace, the input box shows a nine-digit sample and takes several numbers separated by commas. The numbers recorded when this integration was built had 8 and 10 digits.
Once spaces, most dashes and a pasted label such as AWB: or Waybill: are removed, TrackParcel contacts KEX for an all-digit number only when it is 8 to 15 digits long; a run of up to 50 digits outside that range is reported as not found with no request made. A word TrackParcel does not treat as a label, such as Order: or No., stays in front of the digits, and KEX is then not asked at all. Two numbers joined by a comma merge into one run too long to send. Auto-Detect does not suggest KEX at these lengths, so pick it by hand.
It is the English Track & Trace page that TrackParcel reads. Every event there is a dated line, year included, with an AM or PM marker and a short description but no clock time and no place, and the page carries no recipient, sender, address, phone or signature details.
Dates are read as Hong Kong dates and shown as they stand, with AM or PM in a note beneath, so nothing is converted to IST. KEX lists events newest first, and events on one date stay in its order; one event in the real history was written in Chinese and is shown exactly as KEX wrote it.
An unknown number draws an apology from the tracker, saying KEX has not yet received information for it and asking you to check it with the shipper. Once a number has been sent, TrackParcel reports not found only for that reply.
A blank result area is reported as a failed lookup rather than not found, and a block or challenge page is treated as KEX being temporarily unavailable. As KEX's reply suggests, the shipper is the one to confirm a number that is not found.
KEX says it makes no pick-ups or deliveries on Saturday afternoons, Sundays or public holidays, or on any day when the Black Rainstorm Signal or a Typhoon No. 8 signal or higher is hoisted. Its delivery hours run from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.
KEX's Contact Us page lists a telephone line and separate email addresses for general and sales enquiries. KEX's FAQ says each job ends with a signed proof of delivery on the e-Shipment customer portal and that the KE User App tracks orders. Under KEX's terms, a shipper's claim must reach it in writing within three days of delivery.

KEX Express (Hong Kong) Limited says it belongs to Kerry Logistics Network and was once named TGX; its tracker still writes Kerry Express in some messages. A bare KEX Express can also mean KEX Express (Thailand), the former Kerry Express Thailand.
Yes. Under KEX's domestic terms one waybill can cover several documents or parcels, so a multi-piece delivery may carry a single number, and TrackParcel shows that waybill's events as one history.
No. KEX's domestic terms rule out PO boxes and postal codes, and send shipments to the address the shipper gave, not necessarily to the named person; where a building has a central receiving area, that is where they go.
