BARID AL-MAGHRIB S.A, which its legal notice also names Poste Maroc, is a Société Anonyme based in Rabat that publishes barid.ma. TrackParcel reads the Suivi des envois tracker there, for codes ending in MA only and one code per lookup. That tracker page promotes the My Amana app for letters and parcels, and Barid Al-Maghrib's EMS page points to ems.ma and chronopost.ma for EMS tracking; TrackParcel reads neither of those sites.

TrackParcel sends barid.ma a code only when, once spaces and a pasted label such as AWB are dropped, it reads two letters, nine digits and MA, the shape of the real item the integration was built on. The search box's own examples have eight digits; TrackParcel does not send that shape, nor one ending in letters other than MA.

The barid.ma box accepts several codes separated by a semicolon, but TrackParcel looks up one code at a time: a semicolon is refused as an invalid number, and codes joined by a comma or slash are never sent. Auto-Detect offers Morocco Post for the MA shape, beside other postal carriers.

For a known code barid.ma echoes it and gives the weight, the product, a cash-on-delivery amount (Montant CRBT) and the departure and arrival countries. A table of Date, Heure, Localisation and Détails follows, newest first, where a day-first date heads the events below it, each with a time to the second, the office and the status.

TrackParcel shows the two countries as origin and destination, and a weight only when it is above zero; it never reads the product, the cash-on-delivery amount or a delivery phone held in the page. No zone is printed, so TrackParcel reads the times as Moroccan time (Africa/Casablanca) and shows them converted to IST, labelled IST.

For an unknown code barid.ma sends you back to its search page, which then shows the alert Aucune information trouvée. Once TrackParcel has sent a code, it reports not found for that redirect or alert; an Access Denied refusal, a maintenance page or a redirect elsewhere shows as temporarily unavailable.

The barid.ma tracker page also hides a Code de tracking est introuvable message, which TrackParcel does not treat as a verdict on your item. Compare each character with the receipt before contacting Barid Al-Maghrib.

Barid Al-Maghrib describes courrier recommandé as mail recorded with traceability from deposit to delivery. It checks the addressee's identity on delivery, offers an accusé de réception as an option and lists a holding period (délai de mise en instance) of 15 days. Its EMS page counts the free return of an undeliverable item among the service's advantages.

Barid Al-Maghrib's Contactez-Nous form asks you to choose a motif, such as Courrier or Amana (messagerie), and to write your message. Complaints, under Assistance - Réclamations, sit in the signed-in personal space. Customer service answers Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 8:00 to 13:00; keep the code and receipt to hand.
