Tracking Number Format
Pattern: A BOL of three letters (not AWB) and eight digits; LTL PRO and UPS 1Z are also sent
Format example
XYZ24681357
Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
TrackParcel accepts a 1Z UPS number, a PRO of 8 to 12 digits, or almost any BOL of three letters and eight digits. A BOL lettered AWB is the exception: the box strips AWB as a label, so SpeedShip gets eight digits as a PRO. So far the one real shipment on record was looked up by its BOL, though its delivered record listed a PRO number as well. Auto-Detect never puts this courier forward for a digits-only PRO or a 1Z number; select it yourself.
SpeedShip has nothing under that number, so TrackParcel shows not found. If you searched by PRO or 1Z, try the booking's BOL, the one shape confirmed on a live load. After TrackParcel tidies it, a leftover of A to Z letters and digits, 50 characters at most, matching none of the three shapes also gets not found, and SpeedShip never sees it. A + or & left inside, or a length past 50, gets it rejected as an invalid number.
SpeedShip can tick a milestone as complete without giving it a time. TrackParcel drops any such step because it has no date to show, so a delivered shipment may list only Created, In Transit and Delivered, exactly as the real one TrackParcel read did.
They are the event notes in SpeedShip's record. In the real shipment TrackParcel read, In Transit carried “Carrier Departed Pick-up Location with Shipment” and Delivered carried “Completed Unloading at Delivery Location”. TrackParcel prints such a note under the milestone whenever it differs from the milestone's name.
SpeedShip prints US clock times with no zone at all. TrackParcel assumes US Central time for them, a zone SpeedShip never states, then moves each to IST and tags it IST, which can push a late US evening onto the following date.
SpeedShip by Worldwide Express runs the page that the company's site opens for Track a Shipment. Its page says it tracks UPS® packages and freight shipments in one place, with carrier coverage for UPS® and LTL shipments.
The freight itself moves with a carrier named in the shipment record. For the delivered booking TrackParcel has read, the record named XPO Logistics as that carrier. Each TrackParcel search handles a single number, although the tracker takes up to 25, one per line.
SpeedShip's box asks for a UPS® tracking, BOL, PRO or reference number. TrackParcel passes on three kinds: a carrier PRO number of 8 to 12 digits; a UPS number of 1Z and 16 letters or digits; and a Speedship BOL of three letters and eight digits, the shape recorded from a real shipment, unless its letters are AWB.
The tracker's placeholder example pairs three letters with seven digits; TrackParcel turns that shape away as not found before any request, as its one recorded BOL had eight. Before that check, the search box removes spaces, hyphens and labels such as AWB or Reference, not PRO, BOL or UPS. Auto-Detect offers Worldwide Express for three letters and eight digits typed together, AWB excepted, never for plain-digit PROs or 1Z numbers, so pick it by hand.
TrackParcel reads the shipment record behind the SpeedShip page: the current status, origin and destination city and state, weight, the estimated delivery date while undelivered, and the milestones. The hauling carrier's name and PRO # appear on SpeedShip's own page, but TrackParcel's result card has no line for either.
Created, Picked Up, In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered: these five milestones never change, and a reached one can lack a time, which TrackParcel then drops for want of a date. No zone comes with the clock readings; TrackParcel assumes Central time for them and converts each to IST, marked IST. The consignee's name and postal code are never read.
When a BOL, PRO or 1Z number matches nothing, SpeedShip replies “Shipment not found” and the result here says not found. A security check in front of the site, a server error or any other 404 page counts as SpeedShip being unavailable, never as a lost shipment.
The PRO and 1Z routes were accepted because the tracker lists them but have not been seen on a live shipment, so a miss there is less telling than a miss on a BOL. Get the BOL from the party that booked the load and search again.
The tracker page offers a LOG IN link to SpeedShip and lists no phone number, contact form or email. SpeedShip's own result names the carrier moving the freight, with its service level and the PRO #. None of the three reaches TrackParcel's result card, so read them on that page.

The carrier named in the shipment record. On the one delivered load TrackParcel has seen, that was XPO Logistics. SpeedShip's own page names the carrier and shows its PRO #, which TrackParcel's result card does not display.
No. SpeedShip's box accepts up to 25, each on its own line, but a TrackParcel search carries a single number. A pasted list is run together into one string that matches no accepted shape, so it is refused without SpeedShip being asked; enter each BOL or PRO on its own.
No. The shipment record names the consignee and the destination postal code, yet TrackParcel leaves both unread and gives only the destination's city and state. Weight appears when SpeedShip gives it with a unit, and the expected delivery day only until the shipment is delivered.
No, enter the number alone. Unlike AWB, which is stripped, the letters PRO, BOL or UPS stay in front of the number. Followed by eight digits, with at most a space, colon, # or hyphen between, they form a BOL-shaped code that Auto-Detect offers here and SpeedShip is sent unchanged. Before a longer PRO, a BOL or a 1Z number, Auto-Detect skips this courier, and choosing it gets not found with no lookup sent.
