Track a GEODIS shipment with the tracking number or ID you got from the sender. TrackParcel reads the public Track your shipment search, which GEODIS says finds air freight, ocean freight and last mile shipments. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of GEODIS. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official GEODIS website.

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
TrackParcel has confirmed that GEODIS's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
Usually the order confirmation or shipping notification email from the shop or the sender. The carrier calls it a tracking number or tracking ID, made of numbers and sometimes letters. Auto-Detect in TrackParcel suggests GEODIS for 12-character numbers beginning with 1 that contain a letter, though a code with just one letter may go to Trackon or Marken as well.
On a GEODIS-only lookup, TrackParcel reports the number as not found and passes on any error message supplied. If a not-found error code arrives without a message, it says “No GEODIS tracking data found for” the number, followed by that code. A reply with no status and no events counts as not found too. A one-letter code also tried as Marken or Trackon gets one combined miss message. The FAQ on the tracking page suggests checking the format, then asking the sender.
The carrier says the search locates air freight, ocean freight and last mile shipments, and points road transport to a dedicated tracking tool. TrackParcel reads only the public search, so for a road consignment use the road tracking tool linked from that page, or ask the sender which platform holds it.
The tracking reply can carry the sender's name, and TrackParcel deliberately leaves it out, since it is a name and not a reference. On the card you get the status, the places, the total weight, the events from newest to oldest and, where a date is known, one date line, such as the delivery, return, expected or first-scan date.
When its overall status and newest event, checked as one text, read as a finished delivery; out-for-delivery wording in either one blocks it. From then on the result says Delivered, dated and timed by the latest event. Before that it repeats the status GEODIS gives, or the newest event's wording if no overall status came back.
GEODIS describes itself as a worldwide provider of customized transportation, warehousing, global logistics and supply chain solutions, with French roots and its head office in Levallois, France. It names four core business lines: freight forwarding, contract logistics, distribution and express deliveries, and road transport.
This guide covers the public search on the Track your shipment page. GEODIS sends road transport to a dedicated tracking tool, and its MyGEODIS workspace links separate tracking platforms for each business line; TrackParcel reads none of those.
The carrier calls it a tracking number or tracking ID: a unique combination of numbers and sometimes letters that identifies the shipment. According to GEODIS, the sender or the online shop normally supplies it, most often in the order confirmation email or shipping notification.
For an ordinary number, TrackParcel removes spaces and hyphen, dot or slash separators and capitalises any letters; GEODIS then receives what remains, if it is no more than 50 characters, without any check of its shape. Auto-Detect offers GEODIS for 12-character numbers that start with 1 and contain a letter. If only one character is a letter, Marken and Trackon can be offered too, and Trackon may be tried first; for other shapes, pick GEODIS from the courier list.
Behind the Track your shipment page sits the tracking service TrackParcel queries. Its result gives the status, origin and destination where the reply names them, the total weight and any expected delivery date GEODIS provides. Every event is listed newest first with date, time, place and wording.
The reply can also hold the sender's name, which TrackParcel never shows, and a count of parcels, which it does not read. No zone label comes with the event times, and TrackParcel does not convert them to IST.
TrackParcel reports not found for a not-found error code or message, a not-found response, or a reply with neither a status nor events. A GEODIS-only lookup passes on its error message as it stands; a not-found error code sent without a message is reported with that code beside the number.
Any other error code GEODIS reports, a server error, or a reply TrackParcel does not recognise is shown as the carrier being unavailable rather than as a wrong number. GEODIS's tracking FAQ suggests first checking the number's format, then contacting the sender or the online shop.
The GEODIS contact page says a recipient can send corrected delivery details through the Customer support form, or tell the supplier, who passes them on. For shipments other than parcels, it points to a tracking applications overview to choose the right platform.

GEODIS's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
None of the GEODIS pages behind this guide lists its tracking statuses, so only the status TrackParcel sets itself is described; all other wording is shown as GEODIS sends it.
Yes, if that choice has been offered in your recipient area. The carrier says all its agencies have a collection point, with opening hours and an access map in your recipient area or under Find a GEODIS agency, and you must show an identity card to collect.
Only if your supplier has chosen to send notifications. The carrier then sends an email or SMS before or on the delivery day, and on the morning of delivery a message with the driver's expected arrival time. The width of the delivery window depends on the service your supplier chose.
The carrier says track and trace is open both to final consignees and to customer businesses. Business customers also have the MyGEODIS workspace, with booking, tracking and reporting tools per business line, which TrackParcel does not read.
