Tusass, which calls itself the package partner in Greenland, tracks parcels by package number on its Track & Trace page, and marks an item delivered with a flag of its own rather than by wording. No login required.

Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of Tusass (TelePost). For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official Tusass (TelePost) website.

Tracking Number Format
Pattern: A package number of 6 to 32 letters and digits; Greenland's UPU numbers end in GL
Format example
RR123456785GL
Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
The package number, which the page also calls the package ID; it capitalises letters as you type. Items posted in Greenland with a UPU number end in GL, and Tusass follows DHL Express parcels by their JJD piece ID. TrackParcel sends Tusass any cleaned number of 6 to 32 letters and digits.
It means the tracker holds no scans for that number. Either the package is not registered yet, or the ID is not valid. TrackParcel reports it as not found. For a DHL Express parcel, enter the JJD piece ID, which is the number scanned first when the parcel leaves Copenhagen.
Not by itself. SPL steps concern a parcel machine, and Tusass describes this one as delivery to the recipient through such a machine. On a real item the delivered flag stayed off after these steps and later scans followed, so TrackParcel shows Delivered only when the flag is set, and In Transit otherwise.
The package has reached a freight terminal and sits in the carrier's terminal. Tusass explains that urgent shipments, letter post and passengers go before parcels on aircraft, so the carrier can postpone a parcel's transport. Its track-and-trace page also carries dated notices, such as an Air Greenland report of parcels waiting on particular routes.
Tusass must prepare the shipment for delivery first. Its Receive page says that can mean customs control, or getting the package ready for a parcel shelf or a delivery machine. An arrival scan's description likewise asks you to wait for a notice that the item is ready.
The tusass.gl site comes in Kalaallisut, Danish and English, and its package pages cover sending, receiving and buying online. TrackParcel lists the carrier as Tusass (TelePost) and asks the same Track & Trace lookup as the English page, in English.
This guide draws on real answers saved in TrackParcel's code: an item moving through Greenland parcel machines and an item leaving a Greenland town. It also uses the carrier's own explanations of two Track & Trace statuses.
The search box on tusass.gl asks for the package number and turns letters into capitals. By TrackParcel's integration notes, the page takes 8 to 32 letters and digits, and TrackParcel also sends 6- and 7-character numbers. Items posted in Greenland with a UPU number carry two letters, nine digits and GL.
Once a pasted AWB: or Tracking: label, spaces, hyphens and dots are dropped, a number of letters and digits under 6 characters, or of 33 to 50, is reported as not found without a lookup. A DHL Express parcel needs its JJD piece ID. Auto-Detect never offers Tusass for that, so choose Tusass by hand.
Each step carries an event name, such as Item in SPL (Inb), and a plainer description, which TrackParcel adds as a remark when it differs. It also gives the town and country, such as Paamiut, Greenland, and a stamp to the second. TrackParcel lists the steps newest first, in the order the Track & Trace page shows them, same-second steps included.
The stamps have no offset, so TrackParcel reads them as Greenland time and shows them converted to IST, labelled IST: 09:00 in Nuuk shows as 4:30 pm IST in January and 3:30 pm IST in July. TrackParcel never asks for the recipient's signature and never signs anyone up for the page's e-mail or text updates.
An unknown number gets an empty history, which the page puts as the package not yet being registered or the ID not being valid. TrackParcel reports that as not found. An empty history marked delivered is treated as a changed answer instead.
Where the page would say An error occurred. Please try again later., TrackParcel reports the tracker as unavailable or the lookup as failed, never as not found. For a DHL Express parcel sent from Copenhagen, Tusass first scans the JJD piece ID, and says the 10-digit number works only in some cases.
The Receive page sends questions about a letter or package to your local Tusass store or to the company by email, and an Opening Hours page lists the stores, boxes and affiliates. The Track & Trace page also names a Customer Service line on weekdays and offers a Contact Us form.
Ask the store or Customer Service when a held package will be ready to collect. Have the package number, or the JJD piece ID, ready.

The carrier appears as Tusass (TelePost). Searching for TelePost, Tele-Post, Tele Post Greenland, Tusass Greenland or Greenland Post finds the same Tusass entry, and every name leads to the Track & Trace lookup on tusass.gl.
No. Its Receive page says it charges no import tax for customs clearance of packages and letters arriving in Greenland. Naalakkersuisut does tax certain imported goods, listed in a linked PDF, and customs control is one reason a package can show Arrived - not ready to pick up.
