Tracking Number Format
Pattern: The delivering courier's AWB as shown in the seller's shipping message, for example a 14-digit Xpressbees number
Format example
12345678901234
Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
The tracking result names the courier that is physically carrying the parcel. NimbusPost is the platform the seller used to book it. For a redelivery, an address correction or a missed delivery, contact that courier with the same AWB, or ask the seller to raise it through NimbusPost.
Each In Transit line is a separate scan at a hub: arrival, sorting, bagging and departure are all recorded under the same wording. Look at the location on each line. If the hub code or city is changing, the parcel is moving. The shipment this page was checked against logged 26 In Transit scans across Delhi, Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam before it was delivered.
The parcel has arrived at the courier branch that delivers to your pincode. The next scan is normally Out For Delivery, on the same day or the following working day.
The seller has created the shipment and the courier has been asked to collect it, but the parcel has not been picked up yet. It can appear more than once if a pickup is rescheduled. Transit only begins at Picked Up.
Not necessarily. Repeated scans at one hub over several days mean the parcel is being held or re-sorted there, which happens with backlogs and misroutes. If there is no new scan of any kind for more than three or four working days, ask the seller to raise a query, because the booking account with the courier belongs to the seller.
NimbusPost is a shipping platform used by Indian online sellers. It does not run its own delivery fleet. The seller books the order through NimbusPost and a partner courier such as Xpressbees carries the parcel, and the tracking number is that courier's AWB. The result names the courier and lists its scans with times in India Standard Time. The sequence is Pickup Pending, Picked Up, In Transit, Reached at Destination (RAD), Out For Delivery and Delivered. In Transit is recorded at every hub scan, so it can repeat many times in a row. Locations are written the way the courier writes them, with a hub code first (DEL/PC2, HYD/PC1, VPT/HUB) and then the city and state.
NimbusPost tracking begins with the reference printed on the shipment label, booking receipt, or dispatch message. The registered format guidance for this integration is The delivering courier's AWB as shown in the seller's shipping message, for example a 14-digit Xpressbees number; 12345678901234 is an illustrative example rather than an active parcel. Enter the reference exactly as issued, including letters, leading zeroes, spaces, or punctuation when they form part of the number.
TrackParcel sends the lookup to the public tracking transport associated with NimbusPost and normalises the response into a readable timeline. When the carrier supplies them, the result can include the current shipment state, event timestamps, processing locations, and carrier remarks. The carrier creates and controls those scans; TrackParcel cannot add a missing event or promise when the next scan will appear. A recent successful response may be returned from a short-lived cache to reduce repeat requests.
NimbusPost uses its own shipment references and scan process. The safest source is the dispatch confirmation, label, or receipt issued for that shipment. Similar-looking numeric references can belong to other couriers, so selecting NimbusPost explicitly avoids an ambiguous format match.
If NimbusPost returns no shipment, first compare the reference with the original message and remove accidental surrounding spaces. A newly created label may not be searchable until the first physical scan. Delays between events can also occur while a shipment moves between facilities, crosses a border, clears customs, or waits for a partner-carrier handoff. Try again later, then use the official NimbusPost tracking page linked below when the shipment is urgent or the result remains unavailable.
Guide updated:
NimbusPost may word these differently. The event text in your result is the carrier's own.
Enter your NimbusPost tracking number in the search box above. TrackParcel requests the current status and available events from the carrier's tracking system.
A sample NimbusPost reference is 12345678901234. Registered format guidance is The delivering courier's AWB as shown in the seller's shipping message, for example a 14-digit Xpressbees number. The exact format can vary by shipment service, so use the value printed on the receipt or shipping confirmation.
Carriers only add scans when a parcel is processed at a facility. A newly booked parcel or a shipment moving between hubs can show no new event for a while.
