About ShipClues.

What do manifested, picked_up, in_transit and ofd mean on ShipClues?

They are ShipClues' short status codes. manifested means the seller has created the shipment and a pickup is being arranged. picked_up means the courier has collected it. in_transit covers every hub scan on the way. ofd is out for delivery, and delivered is the final handover.

Why do some ShipClues scans show the status unknown?

ShipClues could not match that courier scan to one of its own codes. It is not an error. Read the Instruction on the same line, which carries the courier's wording: Trip Arrived, Vehicle Departed and weight captured are common examples.

What do Added to Bag, Bag Added To Trip and Trip Arrived mean?

These are the courier's line-haul steps. Parcels going the same way are sealed in a bag (Added to Bag), the bag is assigned to a vehicle (Bag Added To Trip), the vehicle leaves (Vehicle Departed) and reaches the next facility (Trip Arrived), where the bag and then the parcel are scanned in (Bag Received at Facility, Shipment Received at Facility). The set repeats at every hub on the route.

What does Pickup not attempted or Pickup scheduled mean?

Both are recorded before the courier has the parcel. Pickup scheduled means a collection from the seller is planned. Pickup not attempted means the courier did not make that planned collection, and another Pickup scheduled normally follows. Delivery time only starts counting from Shipment picked up.

My ShipClues tracking shows Vehicle delayed. What happens next?

The truck carrying the bag left a hub late or is running behind. No action is needed. The next scans will be Trip Arrived and Bag Received at Facility at the following hub, and the expected delivery date may move by a day.

ShipClues Tracking – Complete Guide

ShipClues is a shipping aggregator for Indian ecommerce sellers, based in Faridabad. The seller books through ShipClues and a partner courier such as Delhivery carries the parcel, so the tracking number is the courier's own AWB. The tracking result names the courier under Company Name, gives the expected delivery date and the date the order was placed, and then lists every scan. Each scan has two parts: a short ShipClues status (manifested, picked_up, in_transit, ofd, delivered) and the courier's own Instruction text, such as Bag Added To Trip or Shipment Received at Facility. The Instruction is the more precise of the two. Locations appear the way the courier writes them, for example Varanasi_Shivpur_D (Uttar Pradesh).

ShipClues tracking begins with the reference printed on the shipment label, booking receipt, or dispatch message. The registered format guidance for this integration is The delivering courier's AWB as shown in the seller's shipping message, for example a 14-digit Delhivery number; 12345678901234 is an illustrative example rather than an active parcel. Enter the reference exactly as issued, including letters, leading zeroes, spaces, or punctuation when they form part of the number.

TrackParcel sends the lookup to the public tracking transport associated with ShipClues and normalises the response into a readable timeline. When the carrier supplies them, the result can include the current shipment state, event timestamps, processing locations, and carrier remarks. The carrier creates and controls those scans; TrackParcel cannot add a missing event or promise when the next scan will appear. A recent successful response may be returned from a short-lived cache to reduce repeat requests.

ShipClues uses its own shipment references and scan process. The safest source is the dispatch confirmation, label, or receipt issued for that shipment. Similar-looking numeric references can belong to other couriers, so selecting ShipClues explicitly avoids an ambiguous format match.

If ShipClues returns no shipment, first compare the reference with the original message and remove accidental surrounding spaces. A newly created label may not be searchable until the first physical scan. Delays between events can also occur while a shipment moves between facilities, crosses a border, clears customs, or waits for a partner-carrier handoff. Try again later, then use the official ShipClues tracking page linked below when the shipment is urgent or the result remains unavailable.

What ShipClues tracking statuses mean

ShipClues may word these differently. The event text in your result is the carrier's own.

Booked / Shipment created
The sender has registered the shipment. The courier may not have the parcel yet.
Picked up
The courier has collected the parcel from the sender.
In transit
The parcel is moving between the courier's facilities. Gaps between scans are normal on long routes.
Arrived at hub / destination
Scanned at a sorting hub or the delivery branch. It is not with a delivery agent yet.
Out for delivery
A delivery agent has the parcel and will attempt delivery, usually the same day.
Delivery attempted / Undelivered
An attempt failed. Couriers normally try again; contact the courier to correct the address or agree a time.
Delivered
The courier has recorded the handover. If you do not have the parcel, raise it with the courier and the seller straight away.
RTO / Returned
Return to origin: the parcel is on its way back to the sender.

ShipClues FAQ

How do I track a ShipClues parcel?

Enter your ShipClues tracking number in the search box above. TrackParcel requests the current status and available events from the carrier's tracking system.

What does a ShipClues tracking number look like?

A sample ShipClues reference is 12345678901234. Registered format guidance is The delivering courier's AWB as shown in the seller's shipping message, for example a 14-digit Delhivery number. The exact format can vary by shipment service, so use the value printed on the receipt or shipping confirmation.

Why is my ShipClues tracking not updating?

Carriers only add scans when a parcel is processed at a facility. A newly booked parcel or a shipment moving between hubs can show no new event for a while.

Is ShipClues tracking free?

Yes. TrackParcel tracking is free and does not require an account or sign-in.

Is TrackParcel the official ShipClues website?

No. TrackParcel is an independent multi-carrier tracking service. ShipClues remains the authority for shipment scans, delivery commitments, claims, and proof of delivery; use the official carrier link on this page when you need carrier support.
