Track a Gracious Logistics parcel with its AWB number, one of five lookups on the carrier's tracker beside LR, reference, ID and complaint numbers. TrackParcel reads the AWB lookup only, and its hub scans name the hub and state. No login required.

Into the AWB No tab on graciouslogistics.com, or into TrackParcel with Gracious Logistics picked from the list. Auto-Detect never proposes this carrier, since a bare 14-digit AWB like the real one on file could equally be another Indian courier's. TrackParcel sends it once 9 to 14 digits remain.
The tracker holds nothing under that AWB, so TrackParcel shows a not-found result. Confirm the digits with the seller who booked the parcel. If the booking used an LR or reference number instead, try that tab on graciouslogistics.com, because TrackParcel only queries AWB numbers.
Only when the newest scan reports it and the Last Activity, when given, agrees. On the real shipment checked, those were Delivered to consignee and DELIVERED. Otherwise it gives no delivery date and shows Out for Delivery, the Last Activity wording, or the newest scan's own words when that line is missing or reads as delivered.
Each intermediate hub on the real shipment logged them in the same order. First came Trip Arrived, then Bag Received at Facility, then Bag Added To Trip and Vehicle Departed, before the next hub's Trip Arrived. TrackParcel lists these scans word for word, newest first, with each hub's name from the From Location column.
That is how the From Location column names hubs. On the real shipment checked, each hub name joined two words with underscores, ended in a short code such as _GW, _H or _D, and gave the state in brackets; the booking scan named only the origin city. TrackParcel shows these names exactly as written.
Gracious Logistics, based in New Delhi's Okhla Industrial Area, says it offers courier and cargo services through a nationwide network for documents, small parcels and high-value items. Its site sells ecommerce shipping to businesses, with NDR management, hyperlocal services, early COD, multiple pickup locations and warehousing, under the name Gracious Logistics & Warehousing.
Its NDR page speaks of a courier partner that is updated with the buyer's response before the courier agent re-attempts delivery. This page follows AWB numbers on Gracious Logistics' own tracker; LR, reference, ID and complaint numbers are left to the carrier's site.
The tracker on graciouslogistics.com has five tabs, AWB No, LR No, Refrence Number, ID and Complaint No, with AWB No open by default. The one real shipment on file had a 14-digit AWB number, and its result also listed Total Pieces, which TrackParcel does not show.
TrackParcel looks up the AWB tab only. Its search box first drops spaces, hyphens, dots and a pasted AWB: label; the carrier is then sent the number only when 9 to 14 digits remain. Any other string of up to 50 letters and digits, two AWB numbers joined by a comma included, is reported as not found without contacting Gracious Logistics.
Its answer opens with a line giving the Waybill No and its Last Activity, then detail rows such as EDD, From and To, and a Status and Scan table of Date, Activity, From Location and To Location, newest first. TrackParcel keeps that Last Activity, the EDD as its expected delivery date, From and To when they read as place names, and each scan's date, activity and From Location.
It never reads the Consignor Name, Consignee Name or Product Name, nor the Box Detail list. Each stamp gives day, month and year but no zone; TrackParcel takes it as India time, labels it IST, and preserves the tracker's sequence where two scans share a minute.
An unknown AWB gets the answer No Record Found, with an empty result. Of the AWBs it sends, TrackParcel counts only that reply, or a scan table with no rows, as not found; the server fault “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” is shown as the carrier being unavailable, never as a missing AWB.
A result for a different waybill is never shown as yours. When the number keeps failing, the seller can confirm whether an LR or reference number was used for the booking.
The NDR page says that after a failed attempt the buyer is notified by SMS and IVR call, and the buyer's answer is passed to the courier partner before the courier agent re-attempts delivery. It warns that an order left without action is likely to be marked RTO, Return-to-Origin.
The tracking page carries a Complaint Register form that takes the AWB number with a contact person, a phone number and remarks, beside the Complaint No tab. The Contact Us page offers a message form for shipment queries and lists the New Delhi office, an email address and a phone number.

No. The carrier's own tracker has an LR No tab, where its page invites several LR numbers at once with commas between them; TrackParcel queries AWB numbers only. Use graciouslogistics.com for an LR, reference, ID or complaint number.
An EDD row sits in its result, and TrackParcel carries it over as the expected date for as long as the parcel is undelivered. On the real shipment checked the EDD row was blank, so the date can be missing.
It is how the carrier's site presents itself: one business offering warehousing, inventory management and order fulfilment beside courier shipping. TrackParcel's page covers AWB numbers on the Gracious Logistics tracker.
