ElasticRun describes itself as India's commerce enabler, running B2B logistics, fulfilment and last-mile delivery for brands. Its tracker asks only for the AWB Number and counts failed deliveries as 1st, 2nd and 3rd try missed. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of ElasticRun. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official ElasticRun website.

TrackParcel has confirmed that ElasticRun's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
The tracker calls it the AWB Number and asks for nothing else. TrackParcel's Auto-Detect puts ElasticRun first for codes that start MX and end YD, or start VT and end DC, with at least eight letters or digits between, and for two letters, 16 digits and two letters. If Auto-Detect does not list ElasticRun for your code, choose it by hand.
The service holds no consignment under the code that was sent, or its answer listed no checkpoints. A server error, a refused request or a throttled lookup is never reported as not found; TrackParcel treats those as ElasticRun being unavailable or busy.
The first delivery attempt was unsuccessful. The page's banner then says another attempt will be made tomorrow, and after a 2nd try missed it calls the next one the last attempt. From the third it says the order will be returned to the seller. It takes the attempt number from a figure in brackets in the latest state, or counts the dated Delivery missed checkpoints.
The delivery has been rescheduled as requested, the banner says. It adds that the rider will attempt delivery by the time it shows and asks that someone be available. That time is the end of the delivery slot, or Awaited when there is none.
ElasticRun's summary adds an Expected delivery box once the latest state mentions the destination hub, arrival at destination or out for delivery. The box shows a date only when the answer carries a delivery slot end, with a countdown such as Arriving today or Arriving in 1 day; otherwise it shows a dash. TrackParcel shows that date as Expected by until the parcel reads as delivered or returned.
On its own site ElasticRun says it powers B2B logistics, multi-channel fulfilment and last-mile delivery for brands across Bharat. The site footer names the company behind it as NTEx Transportation Services Pvt Ltd., with offices in Pune and Bengaluru.
Parcels looked up by AWB Number on ElasticRun's tracking page are what this guide is about, not its B2B eCommerce platform, which the site describes separately as a platform for rural India. TrackParcel reads the service behind that page and lists its checkpoints newest first.
ElasticRun's tracking page offers a single field, AWB Number. The page trims the code and looks it up with the mobile number left blank.
For an MX or VT code, TrackParcel's search box capitalises the letters and removes an AWB or Docket label typed before it, even one glued to the code; a code put in brackets after such a label, though, empties the entry. Spaces, dashes, dots, commas and slashes inside such a code go too. Once you choose ElasticRun, the cleaned code, up to 50 characters, goes to ElasticRun unchanged, with no length or shape check for this courier. A comma between two codes therefore merges them into one.
Each checkpoint in the answer has its text and sometimes a place and a reason code. TrackParcel shows the text as the event, the place as its location and the reason code as the remark. The carrier's own journey view prints the text, the time and the reason code, but not the place.
That journey view also lists steps the parcel has not reached yet, marked Awaited and without a time. Once any checkpoint is dated, TrackParcel leaves such undated steps out. It shows the times with the clock ElasticRun gives, unconverted and with no zone label, and the result reads Delivered when the last state or newest dated checkpoint says delivered.
For a miss, the Track Your Order page displays the service's own message, with No tracking details found for this ID as its fallback. TrackParcel treats only a clear no-record answer as not found: one that reports no consignment, shipment, order or record, calls the tracking number invalid, or carries no checkpoints.
Server errors, refusals and unreadable answers are never reported as a missing parcel, so it is worth trying again later. After a third missed attempt, the page's banner says the order will be returned to the seller.
TrackParcel only shows the checkpoints; it cannot book a new attempt, move a slot or stop a return. ElasticRun's Contact Us button opens a form beside a pitch to businesses: Deliver at the speed your customers expect. The site's privacy notice gives an email address, a phone number and an office in Pune for questions about that notice or data rights.

No. The Track Your Order page leaves the mobile number field empty when it looks up an AWB Number, and TrackParcel sends the lookup the same way. Neither asks you for a phone number.
SwiftER is the name ElasticRun gives its multi-speed last mile platform, which it presents as a delivery network for D2C brands. The site lists dark stores and doorstep return pickups among the services that sit under it.
The carrier's answer can record a place with a checkpoint, but its own journey view prints only the text, the time and any reason code. TrackParcel shows that place as the event location, and takes the origin from the oldest dated checkpoint and, once delivered, the destination from the newest.
