Track a DAI Post parcel with the tracking number from your retailer's order confirmation. The carrier delivers inbound ecommerce parcels in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, and its scans carry short codes such as FD10. No login required.
The tracking tool is still loading. You can type or paste your number now; Track works once it has loaded.
Latest available carrier scans, sometimes from a temporary cache; not live GPS. Check event timestamps. Carrier availability varies.
TrackParcel is independent of DAI Post. For claims, redelivery or address changes use the official DAI Post website.

Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
In the order confirmation from your retailer; if it is not there, contact the retailer. Auto-Detect offers DAI Post first for 20 digits that start with two zeros and continue in one fixed series. Enter numbers singly: DAI's tracker accepts up to 10, but TrackParcel joins two into one.
DAI answers an unknown number with that message and no event data, which TrackParcel reports as not found. Check the number against the order confirmation first. If it matches, raise it with the retailer or through the tracker's “Get help from us” link.
The parcel stopped in a transfer country on its way from an origin facility overseas. In the real history, “Parcel arrived in trans-shipment country.” was logged in Tokyo and later at SYD, each time followed by a left-the-transfer-country scan.
The FD10 sentence goes on: “We’ll let you know how to collect it.” DAI's help page says a parcel too exposed to leave goes to the nearest pick-up location. TrackParcel shows that sentence as the status, never as a delivery; in the real history, the next “will be delivered today” scan was followed by delivery.
Each time is the local clock of the place that scanned it, and the carrier's data gives no offset. TrackParcel shows the times as printed, with no zone, because no single zone fits a US, Japanese and Australian leg. The oldest event in the real history shows exactly 00:00.
DAI Post says it was established in Melbourne in 2000 and specialises in ecommerce parcel delivery for online stores, bringing parcels from the US, UK, Europe and Asia into Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. It says it is working to own its supply chain, from origin facilities through customs clearance to final-mile delivery under the name Parcel Right. This page covers DAI Post's own tracker; Parcel Right has a separate tracker and its own page here.
The carrier tells shoppers to find the tracking number in the order confirmation from their retailer. Auto-Detect offers DAI Post first for a 20-digit number that starts with two zeros and continues in its fixed series, followed by Parcel Right and Hermes Einrichtungsservice. For any other shape, pick DAI Post by hand.
A number copied in groups of four, or after a label such as AWB:, is joined up before Auto-Detect reads it, so DAI Post is still offered first. The carrier's own box takes up to 10 numbers at once, but two numbers pasted together reach DAI Post as one string.
TrackParcel opens DAI Post's public delivery tracking page for the number and reads the event list embedded in it: each scan's description, code, date and time, city and country. The code, such as OA01 or DA08, appears as the event's note, and TrackParcel lists the events newest first.
The oldest scan's place becomes the origin. When the newest event is the FD01 delivery sentence, TrackParcel shows Delivered with that event's date and time, and its place as the destination; before then the destination stays blank rather than naming the last depot. The reply carries no recipient, address, signature or photo fields.
For a number with no events, the page shows that heading, asks you to check the number was entered correctly and links to its help page. TrackParcel reports not found when the reply carries that heading, or tracking data with no events for the number sent.
A page with neither, such as a bot check or a redesigned page, is treated as a temporary outage at the carrier rather than a missing parcel, so try again later. If the number matches your order confirmation, ask the retailer first.
The carrier says parcels are scanned at key points and keep moving between events. On interstate or regional deliveries, it says, tracking can show no movement for a number of days until the next stage. A “customs held” event usually means ABF or DAFF want more information before releasing the parcel, and its customer service team can say what is needed.
Proof of delivery for a parcel left under authority to leave comes from DAI Post itself: lodge an enquiry through its form and it emails you a copy. Its contact page invites you to share details of the delivery with its support team, which also answers questions about a customs hold.

Notifications for key events are sent when the retailer has passed on your email address and mobile number. If none arrive, the carrier says it has probably not received them from the retailer, so follow the parcel on the tracking page instead.
No fixed time is given: the carrier says delivery times depend on the driver's route and change with daily volumes and traffic. TrackParcel does not read an estimated delivery date from the page either.
Courier tracking across registered integrations in one place.
Track shipments from India Post, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ekart/Flipkart, Shadowfax and more from a single search bar.
Recent results use a short-lived cache for speed; uncached lookups fetch from the carrier and may take longer.
Just enter your tracking number. No account, no OTP, no friction - ever.
Responsive layouts and a focused tracking flow built for the phones most visitors use.
Select a carrier and enter the reference printed on the label or booking confirmation.
TrackParcel displays the status and scan history returned by the selected carrier, with cache state shown clearly.
New searches use a private POST request and never place the parcel identifier in the result URL.
Enter your tracking number, let Auto-Detect find the carrier or choose it, and request the latest available status - no login or OTP required.
