Parcel2Go.com Ltd describes Parcel2Go as a parcel delivery comparison platform based in Bolton, Greater Manchester, established in 2001. It lets you compare prices from couriers such as Evri, DPD and Royal Mail and then tracks the booking under its own P2G reference.

This page follows that P2G reference only; the booked courier moves and scans the parcel. The tracking page names TNT, Yodel, DPD, EVRI (formerly Hermes) and Parcelforce among the couriers covered.

The P2G reference is in your booking confirmation email and beside each order under My Orders. Its help text gives the shape as P2G followed by 8 digits. Before any lookup, the search box removes a pasted AWB: label, a # sign, and spaces or hyphens inside the reference; only P2G plus 8 or 9 digits is then looked up.

The courier's own parcel number is not a P2G reference, and this page refuses it without a lookup. Auto-Detect offers Parcel2Go for P2G plus 8 or 9 digits and for no other shape.

TrackParcel reads the order data behind the public tracking page. The result shows the collection and delivery countries as From and To, and the estimated delivery date as Expected by. Like the page, it hides an estimate whose date has passed, and it drops one for a completed order.

Each event is the booked courier's scan, headed by the longer of its description and detail; code-like wording such as OUT_FOR_DELIVERY is spaced and capitalised, as on the page. A stamp without an offset is read as UK time, and the timeline converts it to IST with the label IST. The customer block, postcodes, shop details, parcel photos, map positions and drop-off codes are never read.

That reply means no order sits under a well-formed P2G reference, and TrackParcel then reports not found. Another error message from Parcel2Go, a maintenance page or a server error is reported as temporarily unavailable. If the reference matches your confirmation email and the error stays, ask whoever booked the parcel, or use the help centre.

For a parcel sent to eBay's UK hub, a delivered scan means it reached the hub, where the booking ends; eBay sends it on abroad and takes later questions. A parcel for a Parcel Motel in Northern Ireland reaches the Parcel Motel and Nightline hub first, and Nightline takes it on; after the hub, ask Parcel Motel.

Tracking does not begin until the parcel is scanned on collection. Drivers with a handheld terminal scan at once, but other parcels may show as collected only after a scan at the courier depot. If the tracking has not changed in two or three days, the help centre lists what to do next.

The contact page offers live chat and order tools: rebook the collection date, change parcel details, switch a collection to drop-off, cancel for a refund, dispute a charge or open a parcel enquiry for loss or damage. Switching to drop-off needs your P2G reference and the email used to book, so keep both to hand.
