TrackParcel has confirmed that Pony Express Georgia's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
The way-bill number: the box on ponyexpress.ge is labelled Way-bill number. TrackParcel accepts it as ten digits grouped two, four and four, typed with or without dashes, and always sends it dashed. Auto-Detect does not try this carrier on a ten-digit number, so choose Pony Express Georgia in the courier list.
It is the site's message when its tracker returns no history for the way-bill. Underneath, the tracker's answer for that way-bill is simply false, which TrackParcel turns into a not-found result. Compare all ten digits with the way-bill, then ask the sender, who holds the booking.
It is the English event text that the site's Georgian page translates as ჩაბარდა მიმღებს. Once it is the newest event, TrackParcel shows the shipment as Delivered and dates the delivery from that event, with its time converted from Tbilisi time to IST.
From the Planned delivery date column of the tracker's result. Until the shipment is delivered, TrackParcel shows the planned date of the most recent event that carries one as the expected delivery date; once Delivered to recipient arrives, it drops the estimate.
That is the tracker's outage text, which the site's page script also knows and translates on the Georgian page. TrackParcel shows the carrier as unavailable instead of calling the way-bill missing, so the same number is worth trying again later.
ponyexpress.ge is the Georgian site of PONY EXPRESS, in Georgian, English and Russian. Its English page names Georgia among the brand's representative offices, beside Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan and others, and offers express, economy and international delivery, a Call a courier form and a way-bill tracking box.
This page follows way-bills through that box only. In the site's office list, Georgia points back to this page while every other country, Russia and Belarus included, links to a separate PONY EXPRESS site outside this lookup; Georgian Post items have their own page here.
The tracking box on ponyexpress.ge is headed Tracking invoices and asks for the Way-bill number. Its results column is headed Way-bill number / Sub way-bill, and each event row repeats a way-bill number.
TrackParcel takes one way-bill per lookup. Its search box drops spaces, slashes, underscores and dashes, typographic dashes included; the carrier is sent the number only when exactly ten digits remain, put back into the dashed form, while a letters-and-digits entry of another shape, up to 50 characters, is reported as not found without a request. The site's own box passes on whatever text you type, but TrackParcel sends only that ten-digit form.
Its lookup goes to the tracker that serves the site's own box. Per event, TrackParcel keeps the date, the time and the English event text, falling back to the original wording when the English field is empty, and it carries the planned delivery date into the result.
TrackParcel's timeline shows no place for an event, and because the event order is not documented it sorts events by their own stamps, newest first. It reads each timed stamp as Tbilisi time and shows it converted to IST, labelled IST, which can push a late-evening event onto the following date; an event with no time shows only its date.
The site's result also has From / To and Recipient columns. TrackParcel never reads them.
For an unknown way-bill the tracker answers false, and the site's English page then prints a notice beginning “Unfortunately, postal item is not found”. Of the way-bills TrackParcel sends, only that false answer under the same number becomes a not-found result; an answer keyed to another number counts as a fault.
A number of another length, or with letters, never reaches the tracker at all. Check the way-bill with the sender before contacting the carrier.
The English page describes express delivery of postal items up to 20 kg and freight over 20 kg within Georgia, Russia and the CIS and to other countries, and an economy service of low priority within the country, around Europe and across Russia and the CIS. For each service it says the delivery term depends on when the order is booked and the item handed over.
The Support section of ponyexpress.ge directs questions to PONY EXPRESS specialists through a feedback form or a phone call. Its Call a courier form asks for the from and to places and a telephone number. Keep the way-bill number ready when you get in touch.

Pony Express Georgia's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Only one status is listed: Delivered to recipient is the only shipment status that ponyexpress.ge's page script names (its other entry is the outage message), and no real shipment reply is on file to show any other.
Through its Declared value option: you write the item's value in the Declared value column of the way-bill, and the English page says the cost is compensated if the item is lost or damaged. That page puts the fee at 1% of the declared value, the Georgian page at 1.5%, and the value may not exceed the documented price.
On ponyexpress.ge, yes: its box takes up to 25 numbers separated by commas, semicolons, tabs or line breaks. TrackParcel takes one way-bill per lookup and sends it in the dashed form, so enter each way-bill on its own.
Georgian by default, with English and Russian versions linked from the top of the page. TrackParcel reads the English event text the tracker supplies, while the Georgian page shows its own translations of Delivered to recipient and of the outage message.
