Serpost, Peru's public postal company, tracks items by their número de registro. Its FAQ says items starting R, C or E can be traced, while envíos comunes, its economy items, cannot. No login required.

TrackParcel has confirmed that Serpost's tracker answers lookups, but has not yet checked a delivered shipment end to end. The status wording below comes from the carrier's own published statuses.
It is the item's own tracking code, without which the FAQ says no online search can be made. The tracker takes 13 characters, two letters, nine digits and two letters, or a reference starting 61, SL, SI or CK. Spaces copied into the search box are dropped.
The tracker found no events under that number, and the page words this as Número de envío no registrado en el sistema. TrackParcel shows it as not found. An item handed in but not yet scanned gets the same empty answer.
The FAQ calls items starting UA, UH, UL, UU, LP or SY, among others, envíos comunes without traceability. Citing Universal Postal Union rules, it gives no information on them; they go under the door with one delivery attempt. Wait for yours, or ask the online shop.
When an event carries a delivered code, 020 or 5; TrackParcel then marks the item Delivered, using that event's date and time. A newest row reading ENTREGADO EN OFICINA without the code stays EN PROCESAMIENTO, or NO ENTREGADO if a code 019 or 4 appears.
The tracker's times carry no zone, so TrackParcel reads them as Peru time and shows them converted to IST, labelled IST. IST runs ten and a half hours ahead of Peru, so a scan made in the Peruvian afternoon can fall on the next calendar day.
Servicios Postales del Perú describes itself as a public company under private law, attached to the transport and communications sector, whose main activity is postal service at home and abroad. TrackParcel reads its Seguimiento en Línea page.
This guide covers the item numbers and references that tracker accepts. It leaves out Correogiros, Serpost's money-transfer service, and envíos comunes: the FAQ says those economy items are not recorded in the tracking systems, apart from some that go through customs. The FAQ adds that Serpost cannot arrange with e-commerce platforms to handle their distribution.
Seguimiento en Línea itself checks for two shapes: an S10 item number, or a reference that opens with 61, SL, SI or CK. TrackParcel's search box strips out spaces, hyphens, dots and slashes, plus any pasted AWB: label, and only those shapes are sent.
TrackParcel also applies the page's prefix check, so an item number whose first letter is not C, E, L, R, S or U is reported as not found without a request. Auto-Detect offers Serpost after India Post, and only for numbers ending in PE; pick it by hand for a reference or another ending.
Each row returned has an event description, dated, with a clock time down to the second; TrackParcel takes it as Lima time and puts the latest row at the top. There is no separate place field, so the location stays empty.
A free-text remark is dropped when it looks as if it could reach a person, such as a phone, an address label or delivered-to wording, and an office map becomes a short Ver oficina note. The notice, declaration and direct-delivery lookups, which hold names and addresses, are never requested.
When it holds nothing under a number, the tracker answers with an empty list and the page calls the envío unregistered, which TrackParcel turns into a not-found result. A maintenance page, a blank answer or a session refused twice is treated as an outage instead.
A registered item with no scan yet looks just the same. If a parcel from abroad never turns up, the FAQ says only its sender can claim, with the post in the sending country.
TrackParcel copies the page's rewrite of two kinds of operator row. A row naming the OFICINA ADUANA TOMAS customs office becomes ENVIADO A ALMACEN SERPOST, with a note that the item has moved to the Los Olivos warehouse and the addressee will be told when it is available. A row naming APARTADO LATAM becomes ENVÍO EN PROCESAMIENTO POR OPERADOR LOGÍSTICO, with a pointer to MailAmericas' tracker.
If customs is holding a package, the FAQ points to SUNAT's own status page for the reason, such as taxes or missing documents, and says customs sends a notice. Nothing is paid on delivery unless SUNAT or customs finds the contents taxable, and the tax is not the post's responsibility.
Only the sender can claim. For a domestic item that is possible once five days have passed, in person at any Serpost office with the sales receipt and an identity document, and claims cover certificados, encomiendas and EMS. The contact page also lists a Centro de Atención al Cliente, a Libro de Reclamaciones and a Mesa de Partes Virtual, whose hours are weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Serpost's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Yes, by its FAQ. Once the tracker shows an item that has reached Peru as ready to collect, it is brought to your address in no more than 10 calendar days if you do not go to the post office.
No. It says it never sends emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages asking for payment through links, and calls such messages fraudulent. It asks for a WhatsApp deposit only when you book its Serpost Delivery service.
International certificados can be claimed once 20 days have passed since posting, and encomiendas after 30. An EMS claim opens the day after its delivery deadline passes without the item reaching the addressee.
