Which Quiqup number does TrackParcel look up?
The order ID, which TrackParcel sends to the carrier's guest tracking. Type or paste the ID by itself, because a label TrackParcel does not recognise, such as Order:, is kept and joined to the digits. Auto-Detect does not offer Quiqup for an eight-digit number, so pick it from the courier list yourself.
What happens when Quiqup has no order under the ID I entered?
TrackParcel reports it as not found when the guest tracking turns the ID down or replies with an error instead of an order. An empty or unreadable reply means the carrier could not answer, so TrackParcel shows it as unavailable rather than missing; try again later.
Does Ready for collection mean I have to collect my Quiqup order?
No. On replayed orders it meant the order was packed and waiting for the courier to collect it from the merchant. A newly booked order may show only its current state, with no events listed yet, until the first change of state is recorded.
Why does At depot appear several times on a Quiqup order?
Replayed orders were often scanned more than once at the depot while they were sorted into a delivery route. Each repeat is a separate change of state with its own time, and TrackParcel lists every one, newest first; Out for delivery comes after them.
What is the difference between Returning to origin and Returned to Origin?
Returning to origin is the return journey still under way, so the order stays open and can change again. Returned to Origin is TrackParcel's status once the return is recorded as complete; the result then marks the order returned and shows no delivery date.
Quiqup (Middle East) Tracking – Complete Guide
Quiqup's site carries a Quiqup Delivery LLC copyright line and lists delivery, fulfilment, international delivery, returns, a UAE to KSA service and tracking among its solutions. It sells online shops a branded tracking page and delivery notifications for their shoppers, and its delivery page describes professional couriers working in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The Quiqup order ID TrackParcel looks up
TrackParcel looks these deliveries up by order ID, the identifier the guest tracking answers to. TrackParcel's illustration of a Quiqup order ID has eight digits.
The search box drops spaces, hyphens and most punctuation and capitalises letters, then sends the letters and digits that remain unchanged, because TrackParcel has no shape check for this carrier. A pasted label it does not recognise, such as Order:, stays joined to the number, so enter the order ID on its own. Auto-Detect does not offer Quiqup for an eight-digit number; choose it by hand.
Order states and times from Quiqup's guest tracking
TrackParcel reads the guest tracking service behind the Track Order page. Each event is a change of order state with its date and time; TrackParcel reads no place for them, so the timeline shows no locations. The current order state becomes the status, and the expected delivery date is the date that closes the delivery window.
Each time is read as UAE time unless it carries its own offset, and the timeline shows it converted to IST, labelled IST; slash dates are read day first, as in the UAE. TrackParcel turns each state name into plain words, such as Out for delivery, and lists the newest first. While the order is open, the date row shows the expected delivery date, or without one the oldest event's date.
When Quiqup's guest tracking finds no order
An order ID counts as not found only when the guest tracking turns it down, or answers with an error in place of an order. An empty or unreadable answer is treated as the carrier being unavailable, not as a missing order.
If an ID from the shop keeps failing, check it with the merchant whose order is being delivered. The carrier warns that fake WhatsApp messages are using its name, so trust only links that end in quiqup.com and ignore anything sent from somewhere else.
Changing a Quiqup delivery through the tracking page or WhatsApp
The delivery page says shoppers can change the address, reschedule, or ask for the parcel to be left at the door through the tracking page, WhatsApp or a quick call. It adds that you can reach the courier by call or WhatsApp, and its tracking page offers preferences such as a specific time slot.

Is a WhatsApp message about my Quiqup delivery genuine?
The carrier's own site warns that fake WhatsApp messages using its name are going around. It says its real links always end in quiqup.com, and that if a text sends you anywhere else you should ignore it.
Can a Quiqup courier collect cash on delivery?
Its delivery page lists Cash on Delivery remittance among the things merchants get when they work with it. Ask the shop whether your own order is to be paid at the door; TrackParcel's result shows no payment details.
Does Quiqup ship from the UAE to Saudi Arabia?
The site lists a UAE to KSA service next to international delivery. TrackParcel looks up only order IDs, through the carrier's own guest tracking, so for a cross-border parcel ask the shop which number to track and where.
