Illustrative format, not a live shipment.
Its search box asks for an AWB or LR number from the booking. TrackParcel looks the number up as an AWB and sends Werner only 5 to 12 digits, after dropping spaces, hyphens or a pasted AWB: label. The real shipment TrackParcel's integration was checked against had a nine-digit AWB.
Werner holds no shipment under exactly that AWB. Its tracker gives no message, just an empty list, which TrackParcel reports as not found. Only a record whose AWB matches every digit counts, so check the receipt for a missing or extra digit before contacting Werner.
As soon as Werner's current status or its latest scan reads Delivered. The Delivered on row then takes the date and clock of the Delivered scan, shown in IST. While Out for Delivery leads instead, the result keeps that wording under an amber badge.
Because Werner can enter scans well after the events. In the real shipment TrackParcel was checked against, all six scans, from Arrived At Hub to Delivered, were keyed in within minutes of one another two days after the delivery, each with its own date and time.
TrackParcel reads them as India time, judging from the clocks themselves. Each stamp in Werner's record ends in a UTC marker, yet it holds times such as a 19:33 hub scan and an expected delivery at 23:59, which fit India's clock. TrackParcel therefore keeps every date and time as written and labels them IST, without shifting them.
Werner Logistics Services presents itself as a tech-enabled logistics company shipping across India, with an office in Kolkata. Its tracker site lists ecommerce and retail delivery, document courier, B2C air freight, part and full truck loads, warehousing and cross-border shipping, and it also offers rate and pincode serviceability checks.
This page reads the record that Werner's own tracker loads for one AWB. Bookings, rates and account features on Werner's site are not covered.
Werner's tracker box reads “Enter AWB / LR Number”. TrackParcel asks Werner's records about the AWB only, so if you hold just an LR number and it is not found here, try it in Werner's own tracker.
Before the lookup, TrackParcel removes a pasted AWB: label, brackets and any spaces, hyphens, dots or slashes. Werner is then sent only a number of 5 to 12 digits; any other string of up to 50 letters and digits, an LR number with letters included, is reported as not found without asking Werner. Auto-Detect does not try Werner Logistics India for a plain digit number, so choose it from the courier list yourself.
TrackParcel keeps only the record whose AWB equals the number entered. Werner's origin hub appears as From and the destination city as To, with the current status as the headline and an Expected by date when the parcel is not yet delivered.
Scans come oldest first from Werner and are shown newest first, each naming a hub or city in capitals. Sender and receiver names, two delivery fields, a reference number, the weight and the free-text reason for a failed delivery are never read.
Werner answers an unknown AWB with an empty list and no wording. For a number it sends to Werner, TrackParcel reports not found on that list, when Werner returns only longer AWBs that contain the digits entered, and when a matching record has no scans yet.
A maintenance page is reported as Werner being unavailable, and a list of unrelated shipments as an error. If the receipt's AWB is right yet the lookup still fails, the sender can confirm the booking with Werner.
Its ecommerce service covers cash-on-delivery handling and reverse logistics, and the document courier service offers proof of delivery and tracking for business papers. Cross-border shipping includes customs clearance and documentation support, while the truck-load services carry bulk shipments in part or full loads.
Werner's record stamps each scan with the moment it was entered as well as the moment it describes. In the real shipment TrackParcel's integration was checked against, all six scans were entered within twenty minutes, two days after the Delivered scan they include, and the booking record carries that same entry date. The history therefore read correctly once entered, yet it trailed the parcel.
Werner's tracker site lists two phone lines and an email address for its Kolkata office, a Send Us a Message form and a Pickup Request option. Ask there about a missing scan, a failed delivery or a new pickup, with the AWB or LR number to hand.

Werner Logistics India's own status wording, what it means, and the badge TrackParcel's result shows for it.
Yes. Werner Logistics Services lists a document courier service for business papers, with proof of delivery and tracking. Track a document by the AWB on its booking; the scans name the hub or city that handled it.
Its tracker site lists a cross-border service with customs clearance, documentation support and multi-country delivery. TrackParcel shows only Werner's own record for the AWB, so a scan abroad appears only if Werner adds it.
Werner's record holds a weight and, after a failed attempt, a free-text reason, but TrackParcel reads neither. A failed attempt therefore appears only as whatever status wording Werner records for it, with the scan's hub or city beside it.
